1, seed selection. First of all, we should choose some good quality garlic. We can do it like garlic. If it is sunken or too soft, it can't be used. It is recommended to use round garlic without gaps, mainly because it is not easy to stand up if there are gaps, and other items such as toothpicks are needed to fix it. If there is a gap, adding too much water will be intentional wound decay.

2. Hydroponics. After choosing garlic, choose containers, such as plates, cups and bowls. Add garlic, and it is best to remove its stem. Add the right amount of water as long as it doesn't touch the garlic root. After about 7 days, garlic will germinate. Look again in a few days, and the garlic seedlings grow long and straight.

3. Precautions. The suitable growth temperature of garlic is 10 ~ 25℃. The water used can be ordinary tap water, without adding nutrient solution, and in order to avoid garlic smell, it is best to change the water frequently. In terms of light, it is best to put garlic in a place with strong sunlight, so that the leaves of garlic will grow green and taste more delicious. It usually takes a month to harvest. When harvesting, just cut off the garlic leaves, which will not affect its continued growth. Shrinking and rotting garlic cloves should be treated in time.
