First, the composition and use of the unmanned card issuing system
Unmanned card issuing system includes unmanned card issuing machine, automatic vehicle detection system and automatic license plate detection system.
This paper introduces the working principle of the unmanned card issuing system.
When the vehicle enters the driveway, it first passes through the automatic vehicle inspection system, which will obtain the relevant information of the vehicle and send it to the computer terminal. Then the vehicle runs and touches the induction coil buried in front of the card issuing machine, and the automatic detection system of vehicle license plate is started. The automatic license plate detection system immediately captures the license plate information related to the vehicle and transmits it to the computer terminal. Finally, when the vehicle drives to the card issuing machine, the driver presses the card issuing button, and the automatic card issuing machine will spit out a pass ic card with the relevant information of the vehicle as a pass for the vehicle to drive into the expressway. At this time, the automatic railing will be lifted and the vehicle will move forward smoothly. When the vehicle is far away from the trigger coil, the automatic railing will automatically fall down, so the automatic card issuing system realizes the automatic card issuing in the whole process.
The whole running process of the system is shown in the figure (Figure 1).
1, automatic vehicle detection system
The main functions of automatic vehicle detection system are height measurement, separation and axle counting. The system can automatically detect: the direction of the vehicle, the distance between two adjacent vehicles, the height of the front of the car, the number of cars rowed, etc. The principle of detection is as follows: when the driving vehicle passes through the axle detector and grating, the system automatically identifies the relevant information of the vehicle, and distinguishes the vehicle type by identifying the number of axles, the height of the front of the vehicle and the number of wheels.
See table 1 for the specific classification of vehicle types.
2. Auto license plate detection system
There are two main types of license plate capture in automatic license plate detection system, one is trigger coil capture, and the other is real-time automatic image capture. It is mainly composed of DSP circuit components, camera components and lighting components. The hardware platform of the system is based on high-speed identification and detection chip. Its working principle is: collecting image real-time information, scanning image real-time information, locating license plate real-time information, capturing license plate information and triggering vehicles.
3. Automatic card issuing machine
The automatic card issuing machine can automatically issue ic cards under the program control of the computer system. When the driver entering the system needs to get a license, the lane computer program can obtain the relevant information of the vehicle through the automatic vehicle type detection system and the automatic vehicle license plate detection system. After the computer reads the relevant programs, the driver will get the pass IC card issued by the automatic card issuing machine.
In order to facilitate car and cart drivers to pick up cards at different heights, automatic card issuing machines often have at least two card issuing positions, and each operating position will have at least two card issuing positions, so as to provide hot backup of card issuing and the number of ic cards as much as possible. The antenna position of each card issuing location should meet the maximum usage of the usual pass card and serve the driver to pick up the card at any time.
The lane computer can read and write the IC card information of passing vehicles and transmit the final reading and writing results to the card machine. If the read and written information passes through the card machine, the card machine will automatically issue cards; If it fails, the card will automatically select the next card and inform the lane computer to read and write IC card information again. After the card issuing process is realized, the computer control system will fill the missing card at the antenna position and wait for the next driver.
Second, the maintenance of card issuing machine
1, precautions for card machine use
(1) Try to put the card machine in a ventilated and dry place, and it is forbidden to get caught in the rain. It is forbidden to place water containers such as cups and teapots near the card machine or on the machine to prevent the water in the water containers from flowing out, resulting in the card machine not being used normally.
(2) Because the power cord is introduced from the back of the card machine, it is forbidden for people to step on it or articles to weigh heavily, so as to avoid power failure or damage to the socket.
(3) The bottom of the card issuing box can be adjusted by itself, and it can be adjusted according to the flatness of the storage position.
(4) Don't put sundries on the chassis, and don't rely on the card machine.
(5) Do not move the chassis or move it many times to reduce vibration and collision.
(6) Keep the surface of IC card smooth and clean, and free of oily substances. It is forbidden for IC card to be damaged and deformed into the card swiping machine.
(7) Ensure the correct placement of the card machine: gently place it on a flat table, not vertically. Please handle with care when placing and moving.
2, card machine maintenance
Under normal circumstances, according to the specific use of the card machine, it should be cleaned and maintained at least once a month. Timely maintenance can not only reduce the failure rate of card machine, but also keep the surface of card machine clean, thus prolonging the service life of card machine.
(1) Gently wipe the surface of the card machine with a slightly wet rag to keep it clean.
(2) Ensure the cleanliness inside the card machine. Locations that are difficult to clean, such as the lower seat of the card machine and the card winding structure, can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. In particular, the dirt on the rubber wheel with rolling structure is very difficult to handle, and can be scraped off with sawdust or iron sheet.
(3) Regularly check the tightness of fasteners and tighten them in time; Check whether the position of each part moves, and adjust the position in time if it moves.
(4) Regularly check the wear degree of parts, and replace the parts with serious wear in time.
(5) After the card issuing machine has been used for more than one week, the card issuing machine and the computer host should be turned off and restarted.
3, common faults and solutions
(1) Fault description: As shown in Figure 2, when the driver took the card, the IC card did not pop up, but the display screen showed that it did. The steps to solve this problem are shown in Figure 3-5: 1) Lift the belt up by hand, and then the IC card can be conveniently taken out and distributed to the driver of the corresponding vehicle. 2) Remove the IC card placed in the card holder, hold the IC card and press the corresponding position to see if it can bounce normally at this time. 3) In order to see if the IC card can be pushed out normally, try to push the IC card by hand. If it can be pushed out, it will be installed and used normally. If you can't push it out, you need to take it out and store a new card for reinstallation. 4) After the above methods are completed, the fault is still unresolved, and there will be problems in every operation in the future. At this time, you can unplug it directly, plug it in here later, and it can be used normally.
(2) Fault description: When the driver picks up the card, the key does not respond. Solution: When the driver comes to the card issuing machine to get the card, there is no voice prompt "Please press the key to get the card", which means that the card issuing machine does not recognize the vehicle, and at the same time, a prompt "No vehicle signal on the coil" will appear on the display screen. At this time, the driver should move the car forward for a short time. If it is still not feasible, you can use other objects to induce on the coil until there is a voice prompt, take out the card and wait for the next car.
(3) Fault description: The jammer makes a "click" sound. Solution: 1) Check whether the cover above the card machine is tightly covered. If you can't cover it tightly, you can choose to use a lock to cover it tightly. 2) Whether there is dust between the check card box and the card machine, resulting in poor contact; 3) Whether the check card machine, card box and internal mechanical parts are damaged.
(4) Fault description: When the driver picks up the card, the card machine can issue the card normally, but no IC card is pushed into the antenna area. Solution: 1) The number of IC cards in the check card box. 2) Whether the card in the check card box can pop up to the card withdrawal position.
(5) Fault description: Card is not accepted. Solution: Check whether the serial line and power cord of the card machine are loose, and check whether there is an IC card in the antenna area.
(6) Fault description: Jammer fault prompt. Solution: 1) Press the "#" key to solve the fault. 2) Unplug the power cord of the card machine and plug it in later.
(7) Fault description: The identification card cannot be read and written normally. Solution: If the card checking machine and card box can't work normally, replace them in time.
(8) Fault description: There is a problem with the serial port of the card machine or communication error. Solution: 1) Check whether the position of the serial port line and the position of the power plug of the card machine are loose. 2) Restart the card machine.
(9) Fault description: The card machine shows that the card box is not loaded. Solution: If the contact switch does not touch the card box, adjust the storage position of the contact piece in time.
4. Precautions for replacing the clamp:
(1). When the card in the card stand is taken out after use, it will sound "beep, beep, beep". This is because the cardholder can't complete the normal reading and writing work at this time. After the card is installed normally, it continues to make sound. The solution at this time is: cut off the power supply of the electric cabinet, plug it in later, install the card holder and wait for the information on the display screen, and it can be used normally.
(2) The upper cover of the fixture cannot be used after being damaged, so replace the upper cover.
Third, the promotion prospect of unattended card issuing machines
The popularization and use of unattended automatic card issuing machine on expressway provides a lot of convenience and speed for expressway toll collection. It has many advantages, such as replacing manual labor to complete a lot of repetitive and heavy manual labor, reducing the labor intensity of staff, improving the charging efficiency, speeding up the traffic capacity of toll stations and improving the normal payment behavior of tolls. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the speed of modernization is also accelerating, and the vehicle circulation on the expressway will increase sharply, which is of course accompanied by the heavy toll collection task of the expressway. Therefore, the inefficient and cumbersome manual toll collection system will eventually be replaced by the convenient and efficient unattended toll collection method, and the most ideal working mode of expressway toll collection will be the automatic card issuing machine.
Four. Concluding remarks
At present, unattended card issuing system has been widely used. With the continuous development of new technology, the technology of automatic card issuing machine system will be constantly updated and its application will be more extensive. Whether it can maximize its efficiency and convenience, save urban manpower and material resources and improve service quality depends not only on the continuous progress of its technology, but also on the use, maintenance and promotion of card issuing machines. In short, I believe that with the continuous development of science and technology and modernization, the popularity and use prospect of unattended card issuing machines will be even better.
