The first three pages of PPT: home page, introduction and summary;
1, home page and opening remarks:
The quality of PPT on the home page will leave a first impression on the judges. Good opening remarks will make your next step smoother. Don't start with too high a tone, just like singing too high can't go on. When watching PPT, try not to look at the screen and face the judges. Generally, I can't remember the topic, the name of my tutor or my own name.
The title of the master's thesis is given in bold type in the defense report. Student: Name Tutor: Name+Title Subject: (first-class subject name)
Unit: (name of department or equivalent institution) Date+Location.
Suggested prologue: While looking around the members of the Defense Committee with a sincere expression, I read "Hello, teachers of the Defense Committee!" The title of my thesis is ... My tutor is ... teacher. Now report my specific work to the judges and teachers. "
2. Introduction to document work:
The PPT on this page is titled as a brief introduction to the work of the paper. Summarize what the problem is and what the source of the problem is. Summarize the work done in the paper and point out what the goal is if necessary.
The information contained in the introduction of the paper should be as concise as possible and should be explained within one minute. Finally, the oral sentence "Here is the introduction of the specific content, look at the summary first" should be followed, and turn to the next page summary.
3. Summary:
The third page is the executive summary. The number of items in the executive summary should not be too many, and it is better to have less than 7 items. The title of the core content should correspond to the related content (it can be different topics, methods, results and discussions). Use numerical serial numbers (not dots) to distinguish different items. At the beginning of the content corresponding to each entry, repeat a page of content summary and deepen the color of the corresponding entry.
