Chen Keng, Professor-level Senior Engineer of Nantong Radio and Television Network Transmission Center
1968- 1978 engaged in time-frequency emission and research at Shaanxi Observatory of China Academy of Sciences; I have participated in the installation, debugging, check-in and maintenance of short-wave transmitter in Shaanxi Station. He also participated in the overall scheme formulation in the establishment of the national project long-wave time service station system, was responsible for the comprehensive design of the transmitter network, and participated in the process design of the site selection computer room. The project won the first prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, ranking 15.

1979 began to engage in radio and television technology and management, participated in the installation, debugging, occupancy and maintenance of TV equipment room, was responsible for the formulation of TV recording equipment configuration and selection scheme, participated in the engineering and technical design of TV tower, and was responsible for the development of 12 channel cable rheostat bat wing antenna. From June 65438 to June 0993, Nantong Cable TV Station was transferred to be in charge of technical work, responsible for the modification of the overall network scheme, the design and construction of the front-end of Tangzha substation of cable TV Station, the transformation of the front-end computer room in the urban area, and the planning and design of cable TV transmission in the urban area.

1999 Nantong Radio and Television Network Transmission Center is responsible for the technical work in network construction. He used to be the deputy section chief of the technical department of Nantong Radio and Television Bureau, the chief of the business department, the deputy director of Nantong TV Station and the deputy director of Nantong Cable TV Station. He is currently the deputy director of the network transmission center and the deputy general manager of the network transmission company.

10 in June 1992 was rated as the top-notch young and middle-aged professional talents in Nantong, and in June of the same year10 enjoyed the special government allowance issued by the State Council. He has published 3 papers in national and provincial magazines, including Experience in Making Cable Varistors, Calculation of Allowable Height of Buildings in Transmission Direction of Microwave and Satellite Signals, and Inquiry of Multimedia Interactive TV.
