Sheng's poetic position.
Shanda studied classical literature under the guidance of Liu Yizhi, Qian Zihou, Wang Bijiang and Wu Mei. During her college years, she was brilliant, especially in writing poems and lyrics. At that time, there was a saying: "Central University has produced two talented women, Shen Zufen (a native of Haiyan, Zhejiang Province, 1934 graduated from Central University) and Xia Xia Jing." Jiang Sui, the son of Sheng, said that this sentence was invented by the famous scholar Dong Wang and has been circulated for more than half a century. Regarding the similarities and differences between their poems, Jiang's comments are more appropriate: Ci is the main theme, while Sheng Ji focuses on poetry; Shen Ci has the most worries and the most wonderful ones. The sentence "The sunset has spring sorrow" is called "Shen". Sheng ci writes the most dreams and has the most artistic conception. For example, "a butterfly flies a thousand miles, and a bell flutters when a flower falls", which makes people have infinite reverie. Shen's poems are based on the friendship between teachers and friends, so there are many quatrains and short poems; Sheng Shi is mainly about social current affairs, so there are many excellent works of "New Yuefu". Borrowing Mr. Xu Fu's evaluation, his poems are quite elegant and can be compared with Shen Zufen's works.

Because Sheng's poetry works were collected too late, her poetry achievements have not been fully recognized by the world. With the passage of time, we gradually understand his works, and believe that more people will realize the value of poetry and restore his position in the poetry world.

Sheng's academic achievements mainly focus on poetry. Many scholars of the older generation not only appreciate the masterpieces of the ancients, but also practice and immerse themselves in poetry creation. The Selected Poems of Tang and Song Dynasties, which she co-authored with Xia, a pronoun Sect, has been reprinted many times for more than half a century and is still a popular book. The Essence of Song Ci, edited by Sheng and Editor-in-Chief, is one of the selected translation series of China classic literature, which was published by Guizhou People's Publishing House on April 1992. All the selected works have four items: explanation, original text, annotation and translation. There are also some essays, all about poetry, which I have read in a limited way. They are listed as follows: Xin Qiji's, published in the fourth issue of Chinese Teaching1957; On Li Qingzhao was published in Guangming Daily 1959 on May 24th. The Spirit of People's Life-An Important Factor for Du Fu to Become a Great Poet was published in the June issue of Donghai (1962). How to appreciate classical poetry was published in Donghai 1962, issue 3. Discussion on the completion time of Li Qingzhao's Wuxi Zhongxing stele Fu Journal of Hangzhou University No.2, 1987.

The character is as quiet as autumn water, which has witnessed the ebb and flow of the tide for nearly a hundred years. From the talented woman of the former Central University to the happy marriage hall, from assiduously studying poetry and literature to devoting herself to teaching and educating people, there are countless peaches and plums left, and their words benefit the people. Her kindness, humility, generosity and selfless dedication run through her indifferent and meaningful life.
