Therefore, all industrialized countries in the world have taken great measures to develop their own numerical control technology and industry. In China, the development of numerical control technology and equipment has also been highly valued, and great progress has been made in recent years. CNC machine tools have developed rapidly. As an important part of CNC machine tools, the design of headstock is updated faster and faster.

I have designed the machining technology and numerical control programming of spindle and spindle box of SSCK20A CNC machine tool, which involves the selection of tools, measuring tools, blanks and positioning datum in the machining of spindle and box. The design drawings are two No.0 drawings, oneNo. 1 and two No.2 drawings.
