In order to make our educational activities more targeted and effective, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the students who participated in the experimental grade. Judging from the overall situation of the survey, students know little about the common sense of ethnic policies, especially the understanding of policies is extremely low, and their understanding of religious beliefs of ethnic minorities is limited. The mastery of national customs is slightly better, but only 50% of the questions have a high correct rate, which is still far from our educational goal.

At the same time, using the factors of national common sense education in sports, fine arts, music and other disciplines, the education of national unity is organically combined with the teaching of related disciplines. In the teaching of art, music and physical education class, combined with the reality of our school, we tried to combine the education of ethnic characteristics with classroom teaching, and carried out the appreciation of "dyeing and weaving embroidery of ethnic minorities", "ethnic costumes" and "ethnic music". The education of national unity is not only reflected in the party's national policy, the spread of Marxist national outlook and national customs, but also in the experimental activities of national unity education that students love to see and hear. To this end, we strive to do a good job in combining national unity education with national traditional festivals, national sports and art.

In school activities, take the opportunity of celebrating traditional festivals of ethnic minorities to carry out garden activities with ethnic customs, carry out class bamboo dance competitions, and hold traditional ethnic sports competitions (such as pearl balls); Every year, the class art performance will hold a national dance performance; Carry out "hand in hand" activities between Han students and minority students in the school, and try every means to do practical things for minority students.

Through this survey, teachers and students have improved their understanding of the history, culture and national customs of the Li nationality, deepened their understanding of the glorious revolutionary tradition of the Li and Han people fighting for liberation, and also learned about the educational status of rural schools in minority areas. Through the investigation experience, the students were deeply infected by the spirit of rural children studying hard under difficult conditions. After returning to school, the investigation team reported the situation to the students, which inspired everyone's enthusiasm for contributing to education in poor mountainous areas.
