What is a positive displacement water-water heat exchanger?
There are two types of floating coil volumetric heat exchangers and double corrugated tube turbulent volumetric heat exchangers:

The floating coil volumetric heat exchanger not only has the advantages of floating coil heat exchange, but also has the advantages of large volume, certain hot water storage and adjustment room. Suitable for hot water supply system with large load fluctuation or short time peak, with the following characteristics:

1. Because the arrangement of heat transfer tubes is floating tube bundle, in normal heating operation, the vibration of floating tubes changes laminar heat transfer into turbulent heat transfer, and the heat transfer coefficient is doubled. Moreover, the scale can be automatically removed by using the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, which ensures high heat transfer efficiency.

2. Due to a certain regulating volume, the water supply is stable and has strong applicability, which can meet the requirements of peak water consumption.

3. Compared with the old volumetric heat exchanger, it saves about 25% of steel, reduces the equipment cost and saves the project cost.

4. No matter whether it is a steam-water heat exchanger or a water-water heat exchanger, the temperature of heat source drainage is low, and the heat energy is fully utilized, especially the condensate temperature of steam-water heat exchanger is low, and the condensate pipe does not need a trap.

Double bellows volumetric heat exchanger is a new type of volumetric heat exchanger. It not only adopts the advanced double bellows turbulence as the heat transfer element, but also greatly improves the structure of the heat exchanger, so that the performance index of the heat exchanger is obviously improved.

This product is suitable for the hot water supply system of general industrial and civil buildings. The heating medium is steam or hot water. Its characteristics are as follows:

(1) Quick Start

Due to the special structure of this product, the generated hot water quickly reaches the hot water outlet at the top of the water tank, and the hot water can be supplied to the outside without heating most of the cold water.

(2) High heat transfer coefficient

Double corrugated tube turbulator is an efficient heat transfer element, which is made of copper or stainless steel with high thermal conductivity and combined with internal and external threads. The reasonable internal structure of the heat exchanger improves the speed of fluid flowing through the heat exchanger tube bundle, forms strong turbulence, and greatly improves the heat release coefficient inside and outside the tube.

(3) it is not easy to scale up

Because the heat exchange tube is made of copper or stainless steel, the fluid that is easy to form turbulence has a strong scouring effect on the wall surface of the heat exchange tube, and the turbulence of the double bellows has the heat compensation ability and the self-cleaning function through thermal expansion and cold contraction, so it is not easy to scale.

(4) No cold water area, high volume utilization rate.

This product always heats the cold water at the bottom of the water tank. When the water consumption is lower than the rated water supply capacity, it gradually heats all the cold water in the water tank. At this time, there is no cold water area to maintain the maximum reserve of hot water. When the water consumption is greater than the rated water supply capacity, the hot water stored in the water tank and the immediately heated hot water are supplied to the outside at the same time to tide over the water consumption peak. When the heating medium is stopped due to accidents or other reasons, the stored hot water can be supplied to the maximum extent.

(5) Energy conservation

When steam is used as heat medium, the temperature of condensed water is lower than 80℃.
