Lu Xun (188 1- 1936), formerly known as Zhou Shuren, was born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. China is a great modern writer, thinker and revolutionary. "Lu Xun" was the pseudonym he used when he published Diary of a Madman, the first vernacular novel in the history of modern literature in China, in 19 18.
