3. The pouring temperature of cast-in-place asphalt concrete should be controlled at 140℃ ~ 160℃. Pouring shall be carried out from low to high, and it shall be tamped with a pin. The workers in the warehouse should have? Three defenses? Measures.

Second, the asphalt concrete pavement construction

1. The operation of asphalt distributor shall comply with the following provisions:

1) Check whether the machinery, distributor, protection and fire prevention equipment are complete and effective;

2) When heating the fire tube of asphalt tank with fixed blowtorch, the chimney mouth of asphalt tank should be opened first, and the blowtorch can be lit only after the fire tube is submerged by liquid asphalt. The burner is heated. When the flame is too large or spread, the burner should be turned off immediately, and it should be used after the excess fuel is burned out. Before using the blowtorch, the oil suction pipe and the feed inlet should be sealed first. After ignition, the portable blowtorch should not be near flammable materials.

3) The asphalt distributor should drive at a medium speed. In case of curve and downhill, slow down in advance to avoid emergency braking. Do not use the heating system while driving;

4) The driver and the vehicle operators should cooperate closely, and the operators should pay attention to their own safety. During operation, no one is allowed to stay within 10 meter in the direction of spraying asphalt;

4. Vibration rolling shall be carried out with reference to relevant regulations.

Third, the construction of building asphalt

1. The asphalt concrete construction of building roof panel belongs to aerial work, and the provisions of aerial work shall be observed.

2. When working at heights, safety protection devices should be set at the roof edge and reserved holes.

3. The asphalt concrete of the roof panel shall be laid and leveled manually. When rolling with fire, the operator should use heat insulation or heat insulation hands to operate, and wear gloves, masks, protective clothing and shoes.

4. When transporting oil on the roof with large slope, wear non-slip shoes, set anti-slip and clean the sand on the roof. There is a bucket pad under the oil drum, so it should be put firmly.

5. The transportation equipment and tools should be firm, and there should be protective railings around the platform when lifting vertically. When lifting, pull the traction rope to prevent the oil drum from shaking. When lifting, it is forbidden to stand under the oil drum 10m radius.

6. Fireworks are strictly prohibited where the oil-cooled priming oil is configured, stored and painted, and open flame operations such as electric welding and gas welding are strictly prohibited within 30m.
