2. The main research content of this topic.

(1) Field control/acquisition point:

The on-site monitoring points are automatically controlled by PLC, collect relevant information and connect with GPRSDTU terminal through RS232 or RS485 interface. The equipment information collected by PLC is sent to GPRS wireless network after data processing and protocol encapsulation through GPRSDTU terminal.

(2) Monitoring Center:

A) public network access scheme

The server uses the public network to access the Internet, such as ADSL dial-up/broadband access on the special telecommunication line, and applies for a fixed IP address on the public network. Can realize the system application of small and medium capacity.

B) private network access scheme

The server adopts DDN special line provided by provincial mobile communication company, and applies for a fixed IP address to connect to GPRS network. Because the DDN dedicated line can provide higher bandwidth, when the number of field PLCs increases, the center can meet the demand without capacity expansion, and can realize the application of large-capacity systems. The RADIUS server of the monitoring center receives the data from the GPRS network, then carries out AAA authentication, and then transmits it to the computer host of the monitoring center. In step 1, the numerical control is restored and displayed by the system software, and the data is processed, thus enhancing the security performance of the system data communication.

(3)GPRS mobile data transmission network:

At the same time, the data collected by PLC is decoded by the air interface function module of GPRS network, converted into the format of public network data transmission, transmitted through GPRS wireless data network of China Mobile, and finally transmitted to the IP address of the monitoring center.
