What is the ranking of references?
Reference ranking is the marking system of references after an article. That is, citations are marked with serial numbers, and the list of references is sorted by citation serial numbers. The citations in the paper are indicated by the upper right mark (small fourth song style) with square brackets, and shall not be marked above the titles at all levels. References are sorted and listed in the order in which they appear in the whole paper.

Sorting method of reference documents

First, open the reference papers word that we need to sort, and then put them away one by one. It doesn't matter if they break down. Copying and pasting Chinese references into excle table and adjusting the table format can enlarge the table ranks and make a whole line of documents clearly visible.

Then select all references in the table, click the sort function key in the menu bar above the table, and select ascending order. After that, all papers and references are arranged according to Chinese initials.

Finally, check if there is any problem with the sorting and adjust it. It should be noted here that if excel cannot distinguish polyphonic words, we need to manually change the following order ourselves. For example, when "Shan" is used as a surname again, it is read as "Shan" and excel may recognize it as "Dan". Copy and paste the sorted references directly into the paper word document.
