3. The salary level of tour guides is unstable. 90% of tour guides have no basic salary, no five insurances and one gold, no year-end bonus, and the only thing is commission. This leads to the excessive pursuit of personal interests by tour guides and improves the ability of tour guides to fool.
4. The tour guide training machine is not perfect. Now the annual training organized by the Tourism Bureau is only a step to increase the income of the Tourism Bureau. As long as you pay the training fee, nothing else matters. You can ask for leave and find someone to replace you. Going to class is like going to the market.
Third, measures should be taken to solve the problem of low quality of tour guides at present.
1. Improve the academic qualifications of tour guides. At present, high school education or above should be raised to undergraduate education or above.
2. Change the current reward system for tour guides, focusing on the basic salary and making it supplementary.
3. Standardize the tourism market, put an end to the phenomenon of zero tour fee, negative tour fee and black tour guide, and integrate the tourism market as soon as possible.
4. Do a good job in tour guide training.
5. Implement the annual inspection system for tour guides, and suggest the elimination system, and brush off some unqualified tour guides every year.
