Q: What is the internship experience of the substation attendant?
As a role that has just changed from a student to a formal new employee, after ten days of pleasant corporate culture study, the next is a three-month rotation internship. I am very happy that my first practice station is a substation. Here, I will share my experience and experience in several substations below the substation as an encouragement to myself. The internship of this site began on August 20th and will last for 20 days. In the morning, we passed the safety regulations under the supervision of the main person in charge of the substation. In the afternoon, we went to Tianjingshan 1 10kV substation to warm up. The next day, we went to the 220kV Eryuan centralized control station, which is under construction and will soon be put into operation. But first I went to Deng Chuan 1 10kV substation. In these ten days, we will have the most preliminary and perceptual knowledge and understanding of the operation of the whole substation. 10 days later, I went to Xiaguan 220kV substation and Dali 500kV substation for 5 days each, during which I consolidated and improved my understanding of substation operation. This is a precious experience in my life. Although the voltage levels of substations are different, there are still many similarities. Let me briefly introduce my understanding. First of all, understand and learn the basic principle, main structure, function, model and technical parameters of primary equipment (main transformer, short circuit breaker, disconnector, current transformer, voltage transformer, coupling capacitor, lightning arrester, power cable, bus, second-hand transformer, reactor and capacitor). Through the study of the above contents, I understand the whole process of electric energy production and the composition, model, parameters, structure and layout of substation electrical equipment, and have a complete concept of substation production process. Familiar with the main wiring mode and operation characteristics of substation, have a preliminary understanding of electrical secondary parts, relay protection and automation devices, consolidate and strengthen the professional knowledge learned, and lay a good foundation for future work. Secondly, learn the post responsibility, safety responsibility, duty system and shift system of substation duty personnel, cultivate correct labor view, outlook on life and values, and lay an ideological and theoretical foundation for ensuring safe production in the future. At the same time, I hope that an inexperienced student can return to the substation after the rotation internship and gradually grow into a substation operator. Looking back on the past twenty days, I am deeply touched. After all, this is my first practical lesson when I step out of school and step into the society. Through the contact with substation masters, I not only learned a lot of valuable operating experience from them, but also learned a lot of truth about being a man from them. Let me deeply understand the importance of integrating theory with practice. I deeply realized that substation operation is a highly responsible and technical work. I still have a long way to go to become a qualified substation operator in the new period. On this road, I will arm myself with higher standards and more knowledge, implement safe and stable operation, and truly be the owner of the equipment. Time passed quickly, and we ended our internship in Dali substation with a relaxed and pleasant conversation with technicians for half an hour. This station left a deep impression on me, because it was the first stop of internship after all, and I learned about the management status, equipment and facilities, load composition, network structure and cultural atmosphere of the substation. Therefore, I also have feelings and strong interest in substation operation. Although I know little about substation operation now, knowing is knowing, and not knowing is knowing. Survival comes from labor, and motivation comes from pressure. Therefore, in the future work, we should always have a sense of urgency, constantly arm our minds by listening, asking and learning various skills and knowledge, and let ourselves become a qualified substation operator. I sincerely hope that I can return to this position after the rotation internship. Finally, I sincerely thank every master of the substation for their care and education over the past 20 days. I wish them all the best in their future work. And I want to encourage you to be pragmatic in your future work on the principle of "seeking truth by knowing what you do, and being pragmatic by knowing what you do" Dali Power Supply Bureau: Liu Yufang, September 2009 1 1
