You can print on both sides manually. Print odd pages first, then even pages. When printing odd pages, use the current margin settings. When printing even pages, just swap the left and right margins. If the page number is not in the middle but on the right, don't forget to leave it on the left. You can also set manual duplex printing in the Print option under the File menu.
