What do you mean by breaking and combining monks?
One of the five sins of breaking and merging monks, that is, separating them by alienating them in one place, so that they can't practice together, or occupying temples and forcing them to return to the secular world, is breaking and merging monks. Because people are deprived of wisdom and freed from good deeds, crimes are the heaviest and retribution is the heaviest.
