How does the fire alarm control system alarm?
The alarm process of the automatic fire alarm control system is that the fire detector converts it into an electrical signal and sends it to the fire alarm controller for alarm.

The automatic fire alarm system consists of trigger device, fire alarm device, linkage output device and other auxiliary functional devices.

It can convert the physical quantities such as smoke, heat and flame produced by combustion into electrical signals at the early stage of fire, and transmit them to the fire alarm controller, at the same time, it can notify the whole floor to evacuate in the form of sound or light. The controller records the location and time of the fire, so that people can find the fire in time, take effective measures to put out the initial fire in time, and minimize the loss of life and property caused by the fire. It is a powerful tool for people to put out fires.

Key points of detector setting in detection area:

Fire detection area is generally divided into independent rooms, and each room in the detection area should be provided with at least one detector. In open or closed stairwells, fire elevator forerooms, walkways, ramps, tube wells, stuffy roofs, mezzanines and other places, a large-area room with corresponding detectors has an open internal space and a light display device at the door, which can be divided into a new detection area, but its maximum area cannot exceed 1000㎡.

The setting of detectors is generally determined according to the protected area. The determination of the protection area and radius of each detector should consider three main factors: the height of the room, the slope of the roof and the sensitivity of the detector itself. However, when installing detectors on the ceiling with beams, the influence of beams protruding from the ceiling must be considered.

In addition, when setting fire detectors, we should also consider the influence of aisle width, distance from end wall, distance from wall beam edge, distance from air conditioning outlet, room partition and other factors in intelligent buildings.
