The pulsator washing machine relies on the rotation of pulsator to drive clothes and washing liquid to wash; The drum washing machine washes clothes by the continuous rotation or timing of the drum. It can be seen that these two types of washing machines all rely on a single mode of movement to wash clothes, but in this design, these two washing methods are combined to combine the two modes of movement, which increases the movement of clothes in the vertical direction. So that clothes can be washed by the pulsator like the pulsator washing machine, and clothes can be washed by the power of water flow like the drum washing machine, and clothes can also be rubbed like hand washing, which integrates various washing methods to wash clothes more thoroughly. Because the basic function of washing machine is to wash clothes, the key lies in the program control of washing. Therefore, this paper discusses the mechanical design and electrical control of washing machine, and realizes the design of full-automatic scrubbing washing machine.
