Reporter's self-identity 1 20xx In the middle of October, I came to the current affairs news department of Changjiang Business Daily through the introduction of Vice President xx, and started my last internship at school. Although this internship is not as lucky as last summer's internship, I can personally experience the unannounced investigation of domestic first-line portal news websites and the report on the Beijing Olympic Games. However, during more than three months of internship, as an accompanying reporter, I successfully reported the activities of former US President Carter in Wuhan and the opening ceremony of the Sino-French Cultural Spring, and also interviewed Dong Ming, a wheelchair angel, Li Hanwei, a red flag bearer in Wuhan, and Chen Yongyong, a Confucian businessman in Hanzheng Street. It can be said that more than three months of internship has broadened my horizons and increased my experience. This graduation internship has benefited me a lot!
My reporter, Mr Wang Juan, is high flyers from Wuhan University Law School. He has been engaged in journalism for five years and is an excellent first-line reporter. Mainly in the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, the Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation, the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation, the Provincial Civil Affairs Department, the Civil Affairs Bureau, the Provincial CPPCC, the Communist Youth League Committee, the Communist Youth League Committee, the democratic parties in provinces and cities, the Qiaokou District Committee and the government. During the four-month internship, Mr. Wang taught me carefully, from simple press releases to in-depth investigation reports to large-scale topics in newspapers, and gradually exercised me. He introduced me to some correspondents and unit publicity contacts one after another, allowing me to explore news clues and make some news articles by myself, which provided me with many opportunities to exercise and greatly improved my news business ability. After several months of internship, I gradually became familiar with the work rhythm of frontline reporters, the ways to get news, the methods to dig news clues and the basic knowledge of news writing in urban newspapers. The following are some experiences and understandings during my internship.
1. I had the honor of meeting former US President Carter and interviewing French Consul General Fei Yong in China.
I have many opportunities to report on the activities of foreign guests in China, because I am in charge of foreign affairs in other provinces and cities. 20xx65438+1October 15, former US President Carter and his wife came to Wuhan. Because the Foreign Affairs Office didn't give advance notice, it wasn't until Miss Wang and I rushed to the Hubei Provincial Museum and listened to the introduction of the staff that we realized that it was former US President Carter who came to Wuhan. I immediately realized that this was a big manuscript, so I divided the work and interviewed Mr. Wang. After returning to school, I wrote down the interview materials and gave them to Mr. Wang. After finishing, we wrote "Carter and his wife visit Bofu, ringing bells and drums", which was reprinted by Sina, Tencent, Sohu and other media.
On the evening of March 8th, 20xx, the opening ceremony of Sino-French Cultural Spring was held in the residence of Fei Yong, Consul General of France in China. Because Mr. Wang has other interviews, I will cover this activity. During the media reporter's question time, I interviewed Consul General Fei Yong on some issues I was concerned about, and had some exchanges with him after the meeting. Although these exchanges were realized with the help of translators, I had a good interaction with Mr. Consul, which played a very good role in further digging up news facts. Afterwards, I wrote the press release of "Sino-French Rock Concert on Hankou River Beach in June".
2. Do everything possible to dig up news clues.
In addition to the news clues provided by the unit, a large part of the front-line reporters have to dig for themselves. 20xx65438+1October 10, Hubei 20xx Employment Assistance Week for the Disabled was launched in Ezhou. Because Mr. Wang had other interviews, I went to Ezhou as an accompanying reporter. At the launching ceremony, I found Tong Liang, a representative of the disabled, newsworthy, so I interviewed him and got his QQ so that I could go back and write a supplementary interview. After that, in addition to the manuscript of "Employment Assistance Week for the Disabled", I also published a report about Tong Liang, "The resumes of 100 disabled graduates of Wuyi University are hard to find jobs", which was reprinted by the Hubei channel of Xinhuanet.
At the beginning of March this year, Zhang, a reporter for the disabled in Business Daily, wrote a newsletter about the deeds of the disabled, hoping that the teacher would send me to interview. Because it has been ten days since Liu Yingchun subdued two gangsters by himself, there is no timeliness at all, and there is no starting point for reporting. However, when I interviewed Liu Yingchun's family, I found that his family was "raining heavily outside and drizzling inside". Through interviews, I learned that this was caused by the trampling of two gangsters (Liu Yingchun's family was poor and lived in a shack). So, I started with Liu Yingchun's distress about "light rain" at home on a rainy day, and took out his story of catching bandits alone, which was published in Changjiang Business Daily the next day.
3, do a good job in the relationship between all parties, and constantly expand news sources.
After the Spring Festival, the newspaper front was adjusted, and Mr. Wang began to run democratic parties. Because the front line has just changed, everything including the correspondent network has to be re-established. At the beginning of March, Mr. Wang and I first came to Wuhan CPPCC. Director Ruan, who is in charge of publicity, is very nice. He enthusiastically helped us introduce the relevant work and media reporting method of CPPCC, and introduced the heads of the Proposal Office and Information Office of CPPCC to us. At the proposal office, we had a great effort to see the proposal of CPPCC members and got some news clues from it. After contacting the organizer for an interview, he wrote reports such as "Chairman Jiang Xia CPPCC calls for the construction of Zhongshan Ship Tourism Circle" and "420,000 grave sweepers crowded the cemetery after the rain", which aroused great concern.
In addition, we also obtained news background materials from the proposal of "Get rid of funeral habits and advocate green funeral" of Wuhan Municipal Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese People's Republic of China, and prepared to make a manuscript on green funeral based on this proposal. Subsequently, in the name of the newspaper, we invited Xiao Bohong, one of the drafters of the report, a member of the Jianghan District Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of the Jianghan District Working Committee of the Wuhan Municipal Committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee, to visit some cemeteries and funeral homes in Wuhan with us. His book "Wuhan cemetery price 10 rises five times" (considering other factors, the author's name is a pseudonym) was reprinted by more than 40 media such as Netease and Sohu, and quickly became a social hotspot. After this manuscript was published, it was well received by Director Ruan. Under his intervention, we got a login account and could browse the website of CPPCC member's proposal. In this way, if we want to see the proposal, we don't have to run CPPCC specially, which greatly facilitates our interview and expands our news sources.
My graduation internship, from 65438+February 18 to now, has been more than three months. I have interviewed government officials, foreign guests, disabled people at the bottom, Olympic champions, doctors, and others, and have a personal understanding of the reporter's "walking Wan Li Road and making friends from all walks of life". Although being a reporter will be very hard and tiring, and even be tempted and threatened in one way or another, it has strengthened my idea of becoming an honest reporter after graduation. At the end of the report, I want to work with you to make the dream of news endless. Thank you, Dean Dong, for providing me with such an opportunity, and thank you, Mr. Business Daily, for your careful teaching. Thank you to all those who have given me care and help. It is you who give me motivation and keep me growing. Thank you!
Reporter's self-evaluation 2 Time flies, xx year is coming to an end. Looking back on the road of self-study in recent years, I have gained a lot and it is worth remembering.
In terms of ideological cultivation, we should always pay attention to current events, update theoretical knowledge in time, study the party's line, principles and policies seriously, and constantly enhance our ability to distinguish right from wrong.
When I joined the work, I firmly chose the road of self-study as an effective means to improve my personal quality and enhance my working ability. Years of self-study, full of joy, but also a sense of loss, when I learned new useful knowledge from learning, eliminated some doubts, I was full of confidence in learning; When I can't study hard and get good grades because of busy work and trivial housework, I will be a little lost. However, through unremitting efforts and the selfless support of my family, my self-confidence and diligence finally overcame my loss and slack, and I finally completed all the courses.
Majoring is to apply what you have learned and not be trapped by a paper diploma. This is the goal I set for myself when I started the road of self-study. In recent years, by studying journalism, I have been able to master the basic elements of news, learn to comment on news works, and write some news works. In my research, I found some connections between news and law. When I was writing my graduation thesis, I chose the correspondence between news, law and morality, with the emphasis on strengthening the professional ethics construction of journalists. Although some views may be superficial in the eyes of scholars, they are inevitably regarded as frogs in the well. However, it is respectable that the tutor and the defense teacher gave positive comments on my discussion on the relationship between morality and law, which made me feel gratified. Through self-study, I have made great progress in journalism and law, and this knowledge can be applied to my work and become a handy tool.
Some old problems that bothered me in the past seem to have been solved with new knowledge. At this point, I have to be glad that I chose two excellent schools, law and journalism, on the road of self-examination, which made my work and study colorful.
Today, graduation from journalism is not the end of self-study life, but the beginning of a new self-study stage. In my future work and life, I will stick to this road and strive for a double harvest in my career and life.
Thanks to my hard work, I now have the ability to adapt to social work. I want to make progress ideologically, always ready to help others, and have participated in youth volunteer activities many times. Respect teachers, unite classmates and create a good environment for their study and life.
Reporter's self-evaluation 3 University life has passed. I entered the School of Journalism of Lianxx TV University from 20xx. Looking back on four years of college campus life and social practice life, we will constantly challenge ourselves and enrich ourselves, laying a solid foundation for realizing the value of life.
In learning, I love my major, study hard, take part in various trainings in my spare time, broaden my knowledge and background knowledge, extensively dabble in other disciplines, and improve my ideological and cultural quality. Through my efforts, I have obtained excellent three, excellent work and excellent group work.
Law-abiding in thought, good moral cultivation, positive progress, love for the motherland, love for the people, firm political direction, and actively close to the party organization.
At work, I am serious and responsible, and have good organizational skills. I am the director of the Propaganda Department of the College Student Union. I am reliable, diligent and have a strong sense of responsibility. I am United and friendly with my classmates and pay attention to cooperating with other student cadres to complete all the work.
In my life, I have developed good living habits, a full and orderly life, a rigorous attitude towards life and a good style of life, honesty and trustworthiness, friendliness and helpfulness, and always get along well with my classmates; Take an active part in all kinds of extracurricular activities, so as to constantly enrich your experience.
Four years of college life has brought my knowledge level, ideological realm and working ability to a new level. At this moment when I am about to bid farewell to my beautiful college life and embark on a social journey, I will meet new challenges and climb to new heights with full enthusiasm, firm confidence and high sense of responsibility.
Reporter's self-evaluation 4 Looking back on xx days' internship life, I feel a lot. What impresses me most is that news practice is a very important move for every journalist, and it is also a necessary link for our journalism major to put theoretical knowledge into action. We can enhance our perceptual knowledge, comprehensively apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned, the basic skills and professional knowledge we have exercised, unify theory with practice, guide practice with theory, and improve our practical operation ability in society, in front of students and in school, not just limited to book knowledge and theoretical thinking. During these xx days' internship, I have gained a lot of knowledge that I can't learn in school, and my comprehensive quality has been greatly improved. I have realized the glory and responsibility of being a journalist, and I also understand the hardships and tiredness needed to become an excellent journalist.
On the morning of Monday, October, 20xx, a group of X people came down to XX TV station under the guidance of the leading teacher. After a brief introduction under the leadership of the department head teacher, we followed our respective tutors to their respective departments. As soon as we entered the studio, the teachers immediately surrounded us and they applauded us. In my heart, I really feel that I am a real journalist, and that sense of honor inspires me. In the first week, our main task is to get familiar with the working environment and the situation of the department. After working as a teacher in the office for a week, I gradually got more contact, from not knowing at all to knowing a little, then going out to shoot alone, coming back to write a manuscript, and finally finishing the film independently. Coupled with the usual observation and communication with director X and other teachers, I soon became familiar with everything here.
In the first week of formal internship, X and other students chose the Department of Social Education. What impressed me most was that the workload of this department was really heavy. A month later, we each have our own tasks, but in the process of completing the tasks, I sometimes don't know what language to use to express my thoughts, such as what kind of words to use when writing a manuscript. When I first started editing, I seemed to look at the manuscript to find a picture.
Next time, I really started filming. Although the picture quality was not high at first, it felt quite good. After all, this is a beginner. The word beginner may not be appropriate here, but the fact tells us that from school to TV station, just like beginners.
News is everywhere, so you should set an example in media work. In normal times, we should pay more attention to maintaining the image of journalists. Often work overtime on weekends; Insist on getting up early to the office to clean and organize documents. And in the process of internship, I participated in the teacher's film review meeting and never missed any opportunity to learn: when shooting, I did what the teacher said seriously and protected the equipment. Teachers are strict with themselves in their work and daily life, and it is very important to learn the truth of being a man in advance. Because when we enter the society, we are faced with being a man first, followed by business, and because business has a process of adaptation, so I have been performing the duties of an intern reporter in my internship.
Generally speaking, this internship is an important social class for me, and I have benefited a lot. In this process, I understand how difficult it is to be an excellent journalist, and there are too many things to learn when entering the society.
Looking back on these xx days, I am cautious, but my intentions do not necessarily represent success. After all, I am an intern, and I still have many shortcomings in shooting and overall thinking, and I still lack shooting experience. Even because I can't take a panoramic view, I can't take an empty picture, and I am ashamed of being pointed out by the teacher. As a real journalist, I have taken the first step, followed by the second and third steps ... but in any case, I will try my best to integrate everything I have learned from my internship into my future career. I will treat my work with heart, because I am facing a lofty career. Facts tell me that we should have confidence in ourselves and have the courage to try. Even if the attempt fails, you can let yourself grow. Without the opportunity to exercise, how can we accumulate and grow? And all this, you can only wait for yourself, you can only die silently, and only by taking the initiative can you create good opportunities for yourself. Internship, accompanied me through setbacks, but also experienced joy! Although the internship experience has passed, I will look back at the footprints I left there. I believe it will not be the end of my journey, but the beginning of my challenge and hope.
Reporter's self-evaluation 5 "All heroes in the world are our generation. As soon as they entered the rivers and lakes, they were immediately urged. " With the change from school to social environment, people around you have completely changed their roles, classmates have become colleagues, and their ways of getting along are completely different. In this great change, you may be confused and confused, and you can't adapt to the new environment immediately. Maybe I don't like the cruel competition among my peers, and I can't stand the cold eyes and words among my colleagues. Many times, I feel that I have not been reused by the leaders, but I have done some unimportant chores, and my proposal or work has not been affirmed by the leaders. When you can't make achievements, there will be pressure from all sides, glances from leaders and ridicule from colleagues. At school, there are classmates and teachers who care and support, and they just attend classes every day, which is very relaxed.
"What you learn in college is not knowledge, but an ability called self-study." Only when you take part in the work can you deeply understand the meaning of this sentence. The theoretical knowledge learned in textbooks is rarely used. At ordinary times, my job is just to help update the news and help the teacher write the manuscript, and I hardly need professional knowledge. When revising the manuscript, I can only study hard on the basis of the previous work and master the knowledge about news as soon as possible. On weekdays, I am diligent, hands-on, eager to learn and ask more questions. In order to learn what I want, I ask my teacher to borrow my camera so that I can travel as soon as I have time. After a period of exploration, I began to enter the state. I got many internship opportunities in different positions, learned a lot of practical things, and gradually got to know myself, understood what I need to do and what I have to do, and had a new understanding and plan for my study and life. It should be said that this whole process is like sponge absorbing water, and it is a process of massive absorption. But in just two months, it is impossible to learn all the skills and abilities.
The teacher is right. The most important internship opportunity is not to learn how to write news, but to see how a media person or reporter can do news in an information-developed society. I think it makes sense. Every day I will record what I see, hear and feel, because I think recording is a habit and a gesture, which can let me look back at what I did during my stay, so that I can have a clearer direction. So I basically understood that at first, when I first entered the melting pot of society, the first thing to do was to learn how to be a person-to learn a person who can survive in society, and then to learn to do things slowly!
In this way, time flies, and the real and unforgettable bits and pieces in the internship process have made me experience a gradually mature mental journey. In the communication with colleagues, I gained a lot. I rationally realized my shortcomings and deficiencies, and began to re-recognize myself and learn to think. Although it is an internship, I can feel a kind of pressure and feel that there are too many things to learn and a lot to make up for. What I have to pay is far from as simple as I thought before. I began to make my ideal concrete and realistic. Therefore, the life I want has a direction and I know what I should do next. I think this is the most valuable thing I got from this internship.
