Experience of graduation practice in factory industry
Many people will choose to engage in chemical engineering practice in factories after graduation to improve their practical ability. What experiences have you had during this period? The following is my "Experience of Graduation Practice in Factory Chemical Engineering" for your reference only. Welcome to reading.

Graduation internship experience of chemical engineering in factory (1) The short and meaningful internship is over, and I think I have benefited a lot from the internship these days! It's true that what I hear most during the internship is safety. In the past and recent period, there have been many explosion accidents in chemical-related factories, which have caused great losses to life and property. Therefore, no matter what work you are engaged in, you should put safety in production in the first place, and safety is wealth.

In Haijing Chemical, I heard a commentator say: "Garbage is just a misplaced resource!" This sentence makes me feel a lot. Indeed, in the production of today's society, every enterprise can't and can't guarantee the production efficiency of 100%, and waste is inevitable. The key depends on how to use and dispose of these "misplaced resources". Especially in today's era of "advocating low carbon and environmental protection", we should find another way to deal with these abandoned "treasures". In this respect, the great success achieved by xx Company in applying the waste calcium carbide mud produced in the production of xx Company to the soda production process project is a good example. This cooperation not only effectively saves resources for xx, but also solves the problem of solid waste treatment for Haijing Chemical. Ammonium chloride in the mother liquor needs to be decomposed by calcium hydroxide (lime milk) in the process of ammonia evaporation in xx. The main component of calcium hydroxide is 6.5438+0.5 million tons of industrial solid waste calcium carbide mud produced in the process of acetylene production in Haijing Chemical Industry every year. In the past, Haijing Chemical developed a variety of comprehensive utilization projects of carbide mud to solve the problem of solid waste disposal, but a considerable part of them still remained unsolved. Now, in cooperation with xx, calcium carbide mud is used instead of lime milk in the process of soda production, which completely realizes the resource utilization of calcium carbide mud, and this resource recycling project has achieved a win-win situation. In the process of visiting these factories, I realized that advanced science and technology is the driving force of social development, the soul of enterprise development and the guarantee of enterprise's invincible position. Just like the original soda plant, the production output value is pitiful, and it is impossible to create too much wealth. With the development of society, more and more scientific and technological innovations and their applications in production have made xx Company make a significant and essential leap, and of course, created more and more social values. At the same time, only by seeing those advanced instruments and equipment can we find the importance of learning professional knowledge well. Without strong professional knowledge, there is not much room for development. Moreover, no matter how well you learn professional knowledge, it may not be linked to practice, not to mention the lack of excellent professional knowledge. At the same time, through visiting several factories, I found a large number of applications of water resources, which reminded me to cherish every drop of water in my daily life and understand the green concept of waste utilization.

In this internship, I also understand the concept of enterprise chain. Only when enterprises form a scale, production forms a network, and multiple enterprises form a good organism will enterprises have greater development momentum. Only in this way can we improve the production efficiency, improve the utilization rate of waste and achieve the purpose of environmental protection. Of course, my feeling is that I found my own shortcomings in learning, felt the gap between book knowledge and actual production, and learned that not all the syntheses and reactions that can be done in the laboratory can be put into production. There are only a few equations in the textbook, which are translated into actual production, that is, tens of thousands of square meters of large factories, dense pipelines and tall towers, with annual profits of tens of millions. Each chemical plant has several processes and workshops, and each process must strictly control the reaction conditions and raw material ratio; No matter which workshop has a problem, it will directly affect the product quality. I understand that we should strengthen our hands-on ability, combine theory with practice, learn professional knowledge well, and take into account the development of other aspects to become an all-round talent in order to adapt to the development of society.

"I feel very shallow on paper and don't know how to do it." I think the most basic skills in the factory are completely incomprehensible in books. The short internship opened my eyes, and I learned a lot, which also made me think about the industry I want to engage in in in the future. In just a few days, my thoughts seem to have been sublimated again, and my heart has gained a feeling of life. This internship made me deeply realize that reading is a way to increase my knowledge and broaden my horizons, but it is also an excellent choice to improve my comprehensive quality by practicing more, getting in touch with practical work, feeling the pulse of society and setting myself a position.

Graduation internship experience of chemical engineering major in factory (2) Through internship, I got a preliminary understanding of the safety management of xx factory and the particularity of chemical industry, strengthened the awareness of safety production and the potential of self-protection, understood the production status and technological process of Zhongfa Chemical Plant, got a perceptual understanding of the major I studied, understood the position and role of the major in the national economy, and strengthened my love for the actual production work of the major and chemical industry.

Practice is a compulsory course for undergraduates, and it is a very important practical link to integrate theory with practice and lay a perceptual knowledge foundation for future employment. Through this internship, we consolidated, expanded and deepened the theoretical knowledge we learned in class, witnessed the production process of each workshop through practical application of chemical knowledge, and initially learned the basic operation skills of chemical plant production posts, which made us have a deeper understanding and experience of chemical production.

This time, I mainly visited the ethylene production workshop, hydrogen chloride production workshop and PVC resin synthesis workshop, and entered the central control room to study in the team. In the factory, despite the harsh working environment, the workers and masters still take pains, strictly abide by labor discipline, work hard, have a high sense of responsibility and ownership, and let us feel a good working atmosphere. In the production workshop, factory workers and masters patiently explained the production process and process to us. We felt the difference between the theoretical knowledge we learned at school and the actual production, and realized that work is different from school. At the same time, we saw the masters' proficiency in production process and safety production, and also felt their serious and responsible, rigorous and meticulous work style. Most of them have worked for more than ten years through their spare time communication with workers' masters. They are all veterans of chemical production, and their years of experience can be comparable to that of engineers. However, due to the limitation of academic qualifications, they work hard and stick to their posts. During the internship, we learned not only those principles, production processes and production lines. We have a deeper understanding of the whole process of enterprise production and the application of theoretical knowledge in actual production, and some equipment and macro concepts that cannot be observed intuitively in class and books. In actual production, every step of the design must consider the constraints of various conditions and factors, so as to have a preliminary understanding and preparation for future employment.

Internship is very important for us, which makes us break away from the childishness of scholars, increase our perceptual knowledge of society and have a deeper understanding of knowledge. Practice is from school to society, from classroom to work, from students to employees. No matter the way of life, way of thinking, living environment and way of thinking, great changes must take place in order to better adapt. We should not only pay attention to knowledge and skills, but also strengthen psychological quality and moral quality education, so that we have a high sense of professionalism and responsibility, as well as perseverance.

In short, this internship has given me a more detailed and profound understanding of my major, a better understanding of practical operation, enhanced my perceptual knowledge of professional knowledge and the potential to observe and analyze practical problems with what I have learned, and gained a new understanding of my major. There is a necessary distance between actual work and knowledge in books. As the saying goes, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, and practice can make us study better. Although the internship is only one month, it has benefited me a lot and made me think about the industry I want to engage in in in the future.
