Understanding of the law (composition)

Listening to the professor's eloquent explanation of the law, I mistakenly think that the law is just a sacred book on the top of the ivory tower, which makes people stay away from it. When I wandered in the long history of law, seeking dialogue with legal experts such as Urbian, Jellinger, savigny, Pound, Dworkin and Posner, I mistakenly thought that law was only the darling of jurists, detached from history and illusory; When I saw the aggressive momentum of lawyers and the dignified posture of judges in TV dramas, I also mistakenly thought that law was only a game between elites, while mortals were only passive participants.

But after taking part in the work, I found that the law is just an ordinary social norm that every citizen can touch. It constantly adjusts the rights and obligations of social subjects and plays a decisive role in social life anytime and anywhere.

The law is everywhere, and you, me and him can often find traces of it. When you cross the intersection, the red light stops at the green light, which is a norm of road traffic law. When I think about whether something can be done, I often think that my behavior is permitted by law, and it is my use value that judges the feasibility of my behavior; When his rights or interests are violated by others, he will often resort to or turn to judicial organs, which is that he is defending his legal rights by legal means.

I obey the law because I study the law, and I use it because I know the law. I've been looking for the legal track. My metaphysical study in college made me understand the true meaning of law, and my three-year working experience in tobacco made me realize the value of law.

For ordinary legislators of a tobacco company, the tobacco monopoly law is undoubtedly the most important law, which embodies the values of order, freedom, interests and justice. This value orientation standardizes the legal behavior of monopolists, protects the legal rights of business subjects and restricts the illegal behavior of offenders. It is the cornerstone of tobacco monopoly system. It plans cigarette production, franchising and cracking down on counterfeiting, with the aim of maintaining the normal market economic order. It protects every consumer in the market from counterfeit cigarettes and protects the legitimate interests of citizens; It stipulates that retail customers can apply to the Tobacco Monopoly Bureau for a cigarette sales license as long as they meet the requirements, which is the free right of every market operator protected by the Tobacco Monopoly Law. When the legitimate rights and interests of retail customers are infringed by the tobacco monopoly administrative law enforcement, they can make reconsideration and statement to the administrative law enforcement organs, which embodies the embodiment of the tobacco monopoly law to safeguard justice.

In our work, tobacco monopoly law is everywhere and its value is everywhere. It is precisely because of the existence of value that the tobacco monopoly law conforms to the public order and good customs, builds a bridge between the tobacco monopoly law and morality, and makes the tobacco monopoly law truly deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

Machiavelli said: "Because good manners can be guaranteed by law, good manners are also needed to safeguard the law." It tells us the dialectical relationship between law and behavior and points out the important significance of law in guiding human behavior.

Therefore, it is the right and obligation of every citizen to learn, understand, use and abide by the law, which is also the responsibility and the fundamental guarantee for the country to realize the rule of law.

Last week, our school used the first class in the afternoon to give us a lecture on legal system.

Through this meeting, I feel a lot.

It can be said that each of us will have some contradictions with classmates, friends and people in society in our lives, perhaps all trivial matters.

Since it is a small matter, I think it should be handled peacefully without using weapons, which will destroy everyone.

This happened in my life: one day, there was a group on duty in the class, and finally there were only two people left.

A boy just came back from washing the mop outside and accidentally spilled water on another boy.

That boy casually said, "Hey, you are blind, where are you going!" " "The boy with the mop said more sincerely," I'm sorry, I'm really sorry, I must pay attention. "But the other boy had to ignore people." If you say you're sorry, you're finished. How about this dress? "The boy was a little angry when he saw that the situation was wrong. Now, two people quarreled, using brooms.

The boy whose clothes were splashed with water hurt another boy's eyes with his broom.

It's not worth it that just a drop of water can cause such a big thing.

Then expose the darkness of today's society through a "money grabbing incident" played by a student.

Three boys ask a boy for money, and if they don't give it, they will fight. This is simply a question of justice! I think that a person who has no money is not the poorest; But if he has no tolerance at all, then he is really pitiful.

When it comes to respect, it is also closely linked with tolerance.

If you want to be respected by others, you must do what you should do, learn to tolerate others and be kind to yourself.

Only in this way can we be qualified to accept the respect of others and mention "people". If you can take a small step of tolerance, then the society will suffer less and the police uncle will have more time to do other things.

From today, let's be close to tolerance and create a harmonious society!

China is a country ruled by law, and its laws are becoming more and more perfect. Beijing is our capital. With the advancement of urbanization, aspiring young people from all over the country flock to Beijing to participate in socialist modernization and become an important effective force to promote social progress and economic development.

At present, there are nearly 4 million floating population in Beijing, which is a huge new force in Beijing's modernization, and I am one of them.

When I first arrived in Beijing, apart from feeling that Beijing is a cultural city with so many historical and cultural heritages and famous universities, Beijingers are still very enthusiastic about others.

As time goes by, I know more about Beijing and feel more and more deeply.

In recent years, I have witnessed great changes in Beijing. There are more green spaces in Beijing, and there are few unbearable sandstorms. The sky is bluer, there are more tall buildings, roads are smoother and people's quality is improved.

All this left a deep impression on me, but what impressed me most was the legal system construction in Beijing.

Legal system is the symbol of social progress and the inevitable result of social development.

Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China's legal system construction has made remarkable achievements.

Because I am in Beijing, I feel this change more deeply.

In the community where I live, there are many publicity columns, where you can see irregular legal publicity content, from laws formulated by the state to regulations or normative documents formulated by local governments.

These legal publicity have made residents in the jurisdiction fully understand their rights, how to abide by the law, how to educate minors to learn legal knowledge and strengthen their own protection.

As a young man from other places, I also benefited a lot from it.

I have many fellow villagers in this city. We all work in the same company.

I graduated from a famous law school, and my legal major and lawyer career are my unswerving choices.

It is a great pity that I didn't cherish the precious learning opportunities when I was at school. I felt that I didn't learn well and started "legal practice" with trepidation.

On the contrary, I like to think about what the law is. Law is the lowest standard of morality and a bunch of mandatory social norms.

I am an admirer of this system myself. I believe that under scientific and reasonable norms, society will develop in an orderly manner. So when I was at school, I was confused when I heard "ruling the country by virtue".

When I was at school, I often told my teacher how imperfect the laws in China were. I always write "legislative suggestions" at the end of my paper when I turn over the books, the thick French Civil Code and the voluminous American cases, hehe.

China's laws are imperfect, legal gaps need to be filled, legal system needs to be improved, and legal provisions need to be revised. However, how badly China needs high-quality legal practitioners, it is only correct that the statute law and the practice law develop at the same time.

I've been paying attention to the "Fa Da Shi Jian case" and "Deng Yujiao case".

My major is not criminal law, and I have not handled too many criminal cases after work, but I know the laws and principles of criminal law and criminal procedure law.

Two days ago, I read on the Internet that a Beijing procuratorate said that Fu couldn't turn himself in, and "his behavior was not aggravated", but Fu Shuo took the initiative to call the police after killing Professor Cheng Chunming.

In this regard, the prosecution believes that Fu called to surrender, in order to escape the punishment of the law, in order to seek a lighter treatment, not a "guilty plea" attitude, so it is not appropriate to be given a lighter sentence. "A legally prescribed punishment for a crime" is the basic principle of criminal law. When did the criminal law say that surrender for a criminal suspect is not surrender? Surrender is a circumstance that can be given a lighter sentence, that is to say, the court thinks it is surrender, but it does not have to be given a lighter sentence. But if it is not recognized, isn't it a joke? In a word, I really don't want Fu's young and lively life to die like this.

At the beginning of the "Deng Yujiao case", according to the facts reported at that time, Deng's * * * behavior was obvious. There was no excessive defense against this serious violent crime. Deng Yujiao acted in self-defense and was acquitted.

However, when it is impossible to manipulate the law (because it is too obvious), Deng Yujiao will manipulate the facts, and Deng Yujiao is still "too defensive"

Look at the lawyer industry, young lawyers struggling on the poverty line, barristers driving Mercedes-Benz BMW, judges and lawyers, and so on. It's really weird.

What are the concepts of partner and barrister? It is lawyers who can bring big projects and big target cases. They have deep social connections and high social popularity, and many barristers may have stopped doing business long ago.

China is different from the United States. It is not litigators who make money, but non-litigators. Many non-litigation lawyers only need to bring in projects and their assistants do business.

There are many articles in the world. See if you can copy them.
