Engineer's review conditions:

(2) graduated from college, engaged in professional and technical work for more than six years and served as a teaching assistant for more than four years.

(3) graduated from secondary school (high school), engaged in professional and technical work for more than ten years, and served as a teaching assistant for more than four years.

(4) People with junior high school education or below must be engaged in professional and technical work for more than fifteen years and hold assistant positions for more than four years.

Senior title:

(1) graduated from university, engaged in professional work for more than ten years, and held intermediate positions for more than five years.

(2) graduated from college, engaged in professional and technical work for more than fifteen years, and served as an intermediate position for more than five years.

(3) graduated from secondary school or high school, engaged in professional and technical work for more than 20 years, and served as an intermediate position for more than five years.

When evaluating senior professional titles, these are hardware points, followed by software points, including papers, works, scientific research achievements, various commendations and honors. The grades are different, and the scores of the first and second authors are different, depending on your regulations. The software and hardware scores are enough, and the English and computer titles have passed. You can fill in the title declaration form and submit it to the personnel department for evaluation.
