As a social insurance work, this is a work related to the immediate welfare of residents, including various contents and tasks, including collecting unemployment insurance, old-age insurance, maternity insurance and so on. Community workers should consult the collection work and service content, and every day community workers will receive residents who come to consult. Community workers often publicize national policies and guidelines repeatedly.
In addition, through real contact with community work, I learned a trend initiated by the community: civilization, * * *. It is precisely because the community has not been established for a long time, but it also actively cooperates with the national macro-social development policy, actively carries out various work rectification, takes the construction of civilized communities as the direction of community development, creates civilization, and strives for advancement.
After graduation internship, I reviewed my internship experience and found that a small part of professional courses can be applied in practice. The combination of theory and practice has made us have a deeper understanding of the connotation of professional work. Moreover, in the actual work visit, I found that community work is a test of the patient guidance attitude of the staff. Some simple community affairs may not need a lot of skills, but they need more good attitudes to guide residents to know their own communities and their rights and obligations.
