Today, as a teacher representative, I feel honored to speak here! In the past school year, I had the opportunity to attend a three-month off-job study and training in Hubei University. Through this "National Training Plan" training, I have improved my understanding, broadened my learning horizons, updated my educational concepts, and found my own gaps and shortcomings. The whole training gave me a lot of insights and inspirations.

To tell the truth, I usually work in the front line of teaching and I am very busy in class. It is rare to have such a whole block of sufficient time to study, communicate and reflect. This training gave me such an opportunity, which I cherish very much. Experts and professors share their study and work experience without reservation, which is rich and colorful. Professor Pei Guangya, a special-grade teacher of Wuhan Academy of Education, Hubei Province, made a detailed analysis of the sources, present situation and reasons of the problems existing in junior high school mathematics classroom teaching in the lecture "Discussion and teaching reform of junior high school mathematics classroom teaching" and put forward the strategies to solve the problems. At the same time, based on years of educational research experience, he expounded three understanding viewpoints of "understanding of mathematics, understanding of students and understanding of mathematics teaching" under the new curriculum concept. He said, "We are not sure that teaching can realize the all-round development of people, but we always have expectations for teaching", which reflects his deep understanding of classroom teaching. Professor Sun Yanzhou, a mathematics researcher in Hubei Teaching and Research Office, introduced several mainstream models of current mathematics teaching design, such as GU Lingyuan's "Induce-Try-Induce-Feedback-Adjust" model and WANG's "Set Mathematics Situation-Connect with Practical Application-Ask Mathematics Problems-Solve Mathematics Problems" model. Zhang Dianzhou's model of "teacher's lecture, teacher-student dialogue, student discussion, student activities and student autonomy" and Yang Si's model of "learning before teaching and training in class" put forward the basic ideas of mathematics teaching design: strengthening problems, highlighting ideological content, strengthening structure and improving artistry, which pointed out the direction for mathematics classroom teaching design.

Professor Liu Yun from the School of Mathematics and Computer Science of Hubei University gave a lecture on the reading and writing of middle school mathematics teaching and research papers. When she was in middle school, she was the editor-in-chief of the original magazine Mathematics, with rich experience. Her explanation gave me a clearer and deeper understanding of the writing of educational papers. In the past, when writing educational papers, I seldom considered the basic format of the papers and wrote whatever came to my mind. Don't think about the logic between problems and arguments and arguments; Even the first thing is to determine a topic, whether it is novel or not, and then download some content related to the topic from the internet to make a patchwork, and simply add some own opinions, so that a paper can be written. After listening to Professor Liu Yun's lecture, I learned the skills and methods of writing educational papers. Know what types of educational papers there are; Know what to pay attention to when writing educational papers; I also know how to modify my manuscript; How to contribute, etc. It is of great benefit to the improvement of my teaching and scientific research ability.

Of course, there are many experts who teach you how to teach, Zhou, Yan Qiping, Wang, Liu Heguo and Huang Chaoyan. The unique perspectives and profound thoughts of experts and professors left a deep impression on us, which will deeply affect me and inspire me to devote myself to my future work.

Let me talk specifically about the experience and gains from participating in the training. Studying in Guopei College for three months not only baptized us conceptually, but also improved us theoretically. Not only the accumulation of knowledge, but also the growth of teaching and research ability. Reflecting on my own teaching practice, I feel that many aspects need attention and improvement.

First, change ideas and raise awareness.

In the classroom, the wonderful lectures of experts have aroused my inner induction again and again, which has also aroused my reflection. In this dialogue between theory and practice, I have gained the essence of expert thought and theory. Before, I didn't have a better understanding of the current situation of education and the growth of teachers, and I didn't have a comprehensive understanding of the education and teaching work I was engaged in. Through this training, I clearly know the requirements of the new curriculum reform for teachers. I remember that at the beginning of the new curriculum reform, teachers were required to completely change their concepts and ideas. However, traditional ideas and thoughts have accumulated for hundreds or even thousands of years, and it is difficult to change them! Like most teachers, I am unwilling to accept new ideas and concepts, even if I reluctantly accept them. Therefore, in the practice of education and teaching, there has been a phenomenon that "the voice of curriculum reform is very high and the reform effect is not good". After training and studying, I listened to the wonderful lectures of experts and had a deeper understanding of the new curriculum reform through in-depth exchanges with colleagues all over the province. In my opinion, as a teacher, we should first complete the transformation of the role of education, and change the giver of knowledge into the guide and organizer of students' learning. Secondly, we should put down the shelf of "showing dignity as a teacher", get along with students on an equal footing, and be students' mentors and friends. We should look at our educational work from a broader perspective, constantly improve our own quality and teaching level, constantly sum up our own gains and losses, and raise our awareness to meet the requirements of educational development for teachers.

Second, keep charging and update your knowledge.

The new era, new knowledge and new curriculum all require teachers to set up the goal of lifelong learning and realize their own sustainable development. I also know that only by constantly charging myself can I adapt to the modern teaching mode. As we all know, to give students a bowl of water, you have to have a bucket of water. Now a bucket of water can't meet the demand. We should inject fresh water into our children, which requires us to keep learning, summarizing, reflecting and recording our experiences in time. Thinking in finishing and learning in action will be my inevitable goal. Learning is not only a major, but also should be extended to various fields to improve their self-cultivation and quality. First of all, we should establish the awareness of lifelong learning and regard continuous learning as the source and motivation of our own development. Secondly, we should put learning into our own teaching practice, combine learning with practical teaching, and strive to explore new teaching methods.

Thirdly, while enriching our professional knowledge, we should dabble in all kinds of social science and natural science knowledge in order to better meet the teaching needs, improve ourselves by summing up experience and strive for more perfect goals. Finally, we should make full use of modern information technology, constantly expand learning resources and learning space, keep abreast of the latest development trends in professional fields and other fields, pay attention to cooperation and discussion with other teachers and experts, and uphold the concept of lifelong learning and education to adapt to the wave of educational reform.

Third, self-reflection to promote teaching through research.

Through this study, I re-examine myself and further realize that a good lesson lies in concept, design, practice and reflection. By chance, I read Wu Fei's book "Teaching without Kneeling" in the middle school attached to South Normal University. In his preface, he wrote: if students want to stand up straight, teachers can't teach on their knees.

This has led to some thinking: what teachers are kneeling to teach? How to teach without kneeling? What kind of students do we need to train in our time? As a teacher, how should we plan our career ideals and goals? With these questions, we came to Jinling, the ancient city where the fire broke out in July, and to the campus of Nanjing Normal University, the most beautiful institution of higher learning in the East. Here, our hearts are full of expectations: looking forward to listening to the teachings of masters, looking forward to the in-depth guidance of experts, looking forward to sincere exchanges with peers, and looking forward to more gains.

The training representative said that English is an important subject in primary schools and the basis for learning English in junior high schools in the future. English in primary schools is more difficult now. Only by laying a good foundation now will English become more and more difficult and worse. Parents are very concerned about their children's study. Students are all on the same starting line from grade three. After more than a year's study, the gap between students has been widened. Some good students have a strong interest in learning, full of energy, positive thinking in class, enthusiastic speech, and timely consolidation after class, forming a good momentum of a virtuous circle. They have good study habits and can keep pace with each other in listening, speaking, reading and writing. I'm happy for them. But there are also some students who are careless in their studies and have poor foundation, which makes it difficult for them to attend classes now. In their own words, "I don't understand in class." I don't understand, I don't work hard, my written homework is delayed, and my oral homework is not finished at all. In this way, learning English naturally becomes a headache and a trouble. In the concrete implementation process, it is found that some students don't need to study psychology at all, and they are lazy if they can be lazy. Many parents are more responsible to ask if they have taught new lessons, but the children are dishonest and deceive their parents. At this time, parents should contact the teacher in time. When some students write words silently, they will induce their parents: if the teacher asks to apply for English, it will be more difficult for parents, resulting in some students not finishing their homework in time.

In fact, our requirements for dictation at home are as follows: parents should report Chinese and students should write English with words. Ask the students to read the text to their parents and then sign their names. Never indulge your child and say: English is so difficult that I can't write it, so let him go. You let your children know that today, you spent a lot of time forming good habits, and tomorrow, you can be better.

If you are lazy today, you will have more homework tomorrow. Accumulate, you are the person who owes the most. Children are the focus and hope of every family. 1. Recitation and dictation of words and sentences. The words in each lesson (words marked ☆ in the vocabulary list) are required to be dictated by students, recited by students at home and dictated by parents. It is much better to teach that day and recite it that night than to make up for it in a few days. In this way, when dictating in class, students will have confidence and the dictation accuracy will be high, which is also a small successful experience.
