Since the reform and opening up, the tertiary industry in Shaanxi Province has developed rapidly, which has greatly promoted the economic growth of Shaanxi Province. However, there are still many shortcomings in the tertiary industry in Shaanxi Province, which seriously restricts the further economic growth. Under this background, this paper first studies the history and present situation of the development of tertiary industry and economic growth in Shaanxi Province. Then, using the econometric analysis method, this paper investigates the correlation between the development of the tertiary industry and economic growth in Shaanxi Province, as well as the correlation between the internal structure of the tertiary industry and economic growth. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward to promote the benign interaction between the development of the tertiary industry and economic growth in Shaanxi. Therefore, this paper has strong practical significance and certain reference function.
