1. The purpose of research (design), its theoretical and practical significance, domestic and international trends and development trends;
Purpose and significance:
The design book is one of the technical bases for settlement observation of the resettlement project around the island, and can also be used as a reference for similar projects. Through the preparation of this design book, we can basically master the methods and requirements of technical design of surveying and mapping engineering, and at the same time be further familiar with the organization and implementation of settlement observation, so as to better combine theory with practice. Settlement observation is one of the means to ensure the safe operation of large and medium-sized buildings, and the safety of life and property can be better ensured through the design and implementation of this project.
Development trend:
There are more and more small high-rise buildings and middle-high-rise buildings in cities, and more and more buildings collapse, which is serious. There is also a panic phenomenon in people's minds, which puts forward higher requirements for building quality. Settlement observation is an important part of building quality control, and it is also one of the most intuitive data to express building quality. At present, the construction team can only use DS3 to observe the settlement, while the professional survey team often organizes and implements it according to the second-class accuracy, and there is a trend that digital level gradually replaces optical level.

(3) Collection and arrangement of survey data;
(4) Prepare the technical design scheme of the project;
(5) Participate in reconnaissance, site selection, control network layout and observation of the survey area;
(6) directly participate in the settlement observation in each period and strengthen the practice;
(7) Participate in indoor adjustment calculation, result analysis and data collation;
(8) Participate in inspection and acceptance.
4. Conditions and progress, specific arrangements and expected results for completing the project research (design);
Design conditions: Caidong Village, Beibaixiang Town, Yueqing City is located at the intersection of Baixiang Avenue and Xiangnan Road. The main building 14 of the resettlement project around the island is about 42m high and belongs to a small high-rise civil building. The soil types of the foundation are sand and reinforced concrete piles. The project started construction in September, 20**, with a construction period of 6 months. The infrastructure construction was completed in June, 20**. In order to understand the settlement of buildings and ensure the safety of later construction, Beibaixiang Town entrusted a surveying and mapping team to observe the settlement of buildings in June +20 * * year 10 in 5438.
Arrangement:
June, 20 * *, 65438+ 10, cooperate with relevant personnel to carry out field reconnaissance and find the original elevation control points nearby.
In February, 20**, the technical scheme was ready.
Settlement observation from March to April in 20**
Results analysis and technical summary in May, 20**.
Expected results: According to the technical requirements and site conditions, prepare the technical design book and complete the corresponding measurement work.
