Treatment methods of volatile organic compound waste gas include but are not limited to:
1. absorption purification method: such as spray tower absorption and swirl plate tower absorption.
2. Adsorption purification method: VOCs are adsorbed and desorbed by adsorption materials such as activated carbon and zeolite.
3. Condensation recovery method: part of VOCs are converted from gas to liquid by cooling technology for recovery.
4. Catalytic combustion method (RCO/RTO): VOCs are oxidized into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor at high temperature under the action of catalyst.
5. Photocatalytic oxidation method: ultraviolet irradiation and catalyst are used to promote the decomposition of VOCs.
6. Biological method: using microorganisms to degrade low-concentration VOCs waste gas.
7. Plasma technology: using low-temperature plasma equipment to destroy the molecular structure of VOCs.
When choosing a suitable treatment method, it is necessary to consider the types, concentrations and emissions of VOCs, as well as the emission standards that the treated waste gas needs to meet.
