Academic work and contribution
Li Tiejun 1998 organized the establishment of the Institute of Robotics and Automation of Hebei University of Technology, and in 2000 organized the establishment of the Department of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering. Engaged in education, teaching and scientific research in the field of mechanical and electronic engineering for a long time. At the earliest, he offered and taught courses such as robot and mechatronics system design for undergraduates, and offered courses such as robot and mechatronics system design theory and method for postgraduates. In recent years, based on biological enlightenment and the engineering application of electromechanical system, perceptual information such as vision, hearing and touch is introduced into the detection and control of electromechanical system, and efforts are made to realize the intelligence of electromechanical equipment and production system. Mainly engaged in the research of electrorheological technology and its application, key technologies of robot intelligence, electromechanical integrated complete sets of equipment and intelligent technology. He has presided over or participated in 45 projects including National Natural Fund, 863 Program, Hebei Natural Fund, Tianjin Natural Fund and horizontal scientific research projects.
In 2002, Professor Li Tiejun successfully presided over the development of the first domestic RMB packaging and packaging production line system PL-500A, and in the same year, it was equipped in the industrial production of China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation. In 2003, he presided over the research and development of motorcycle crankshaft dynamic balance detection system; In 2004, he presided over the development of a robot system for detecting the spatial magnetic field distribution of klystron; In 2005, he presided over the development of rectangular coordinate palletizing robot and its off-line system and PL- 1000A RMB high-speed packaging and packaging production line. In 2006, he presided over the transformation of PL-500A packaging line of China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation, and successfully developed PCB engraving machine system. In 2007, he presided over the 863 program "Robot System for Indoor Large Plate Installation"; In 2008, he presided over the development of manganese agent extrusion packaging production line, which was put into operation in the same year; In 2009, the prototype of large-scale plate installation construction robot was successfully developed. The above results have produced great economic and social benefits.
Professor Li Tiejun has published more than 50 academic papers in important academic journals at home and abroad, such as Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, China Journal of Scientific Instruments and High-tech Communication, and made special reports at international conferences, and obtained 4 invention patents and 6 utility model patents. At present, three stable research directions and teams have been formed, namely, intelligent detection and control, opto-mechanical integration equipment and intelligent control, and robot technology and application. More than 50 graduate students have been trained, and currently 28 doctoral and master students are supervised. 20 1 1 undertakes the national natural science foundation "Research on the principle and method of monitoring the operation state of complex electromechanical systems based on audio-visual fusion information" and the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological support plan "Construction equipment and demonstration application of building plate installation robots".
