USP is an intelligent unified retrieval platform for network databases. Through a unified user interface, it helps users to realize information retrieval operations in multiple network database search platforms, and it is an intelligent integration of various retrieval tools distributed in the network. USP consists of three parts, namely: user registration and engine configuration module, unified retrieval module and retrieval result display module. The user registration and engine configuration module is responsible for realizing the personalized retrieval setting requirements of users, including which search engines to call, the setting of user names and passwords of each search engine, and the display style of retrieval results. The unified retrieval module is responsible for interpreting users' retrieval requests into formats that meet the localization requirements of different search engines, and performing retrieval in different search engines. The retrieval result display module is responsible for the deduplication, merging and output processing of retrieval results of all source search engines. The working principle of USP USP adopts double-layer B/S structure system. Users send retrieval requests to USP, and USP converts retrieval requests into actual retrieval requests corresponding to different search engines according to configuration information, and sends actual retrieval requests to multiple search engines. After the search engine executes the search request, it sends the search results back to USP, which intelligently integrates the search results and finally sends the search results to users. Results The correct rate of analysis was over 99%. The results of personalized retrieval show that USP provides personalized retrieval service for users. Users can not only configure the search engines they are interested in at any time, but also choose the display style of search results that suits them, specify the number of results displayed on each page, and truly have their own information retrieval platform. USP supports general retrieval and advanced retrieval of specific fields. Considering the different requirements of different users for retrieval functions, the common retrieval methods are supported: users specify a pair of field names and keywords; Advanced retrieval is also supported: users can specify three pairs of field names and keywords, OR NOT between three pairs of field names and keywords, the sorting principle of search result items (default, sorting by date, sorting by relevance) and how many search results are displayed per page. Support secondary retrieval, and the retrieval interface is convenient and friendly. The purpose of USP is to enable users to retrieve the information resources they need conveniently and happily. Users only need to configure their own retrieval information under the guidance of the wizard, and they can happily enter USP to retrieve any information they are interested in, and support secondary retrieval. USP supports all kinds of network database resources and can provide users with all kinds of information resources continuously. At present, there are more than 60 professional database engines, such as CNKI database, derivative database of new sci-tech journals, STARS database, CALIS university dissertations database, China Information Bank database, EI, sci, OCLC, ABI and so on. Serve users at any time, and the retrieval results of different search engines are displayed in the same window. Support cache function USP provides a cache function to improve the retrieval speed of users, which can quickly browse the browsed results. Each user's search results will be cached in a unified search platform system, and users will feel very fast when browsing without delay. In order to minimize the user's waiting time, USP especially supports the quick response of returning first and then displaying, that is, which database results are displayed first, which minimizes the user's waiting time. There are many ways to browse the retrieval results of the database. USP has set up three ways for users to browse the search results. Users can browse the retrieval results of a single database alone, or mix the returned results of all databases in the order of return, or browse the currently returned results in the order of relevance. Support database classification retrieval function completely configured by users. USP provides database classification retrieval function for a large number of retrieved databases. As long as users have basic software knowledge, they can divide databases into several categories, which is convenient for users to choose databases when searching.
