Graduated from Nanjing University Business School with a doctorate in management. At present, she is an associate professor in School of Economics and Management of Nanjing Agricultural University, a tutor for master students, and a member of China International Management Research Association (IACMR). He has been engaged in teaching and research in the fields of human resource management, organizational behavior, and enterprise technological innovation for a long time. In recent years, he has participated in or presided over many national, provincial, ministerial and departmental scientific research projects and enterprise consulting projects. As an independent or first author, he has published nearly 20 academic papers in CSSCI and The Economist, Scientific Research, Reform, China Human Resources Development, Social Science (Shanghai), China Science and Technology Forum, Soft Science, Research on Science and Technology Management, Economic Vision and Township Economy, and some of them have been published. The research results have won the second prize of outstanding achievements of Jiangsu Social Science Association and the third prize of outstanding achievements of Jiangsu Education Department.
