In terms of business, I don't intend to take up too much energy this year, but I will continue to polish my ability to write reports according to the task requirements in my thesis writing and work, hoping to improve my hands-on ability and software operation ability. I am very busy this month. I have to do some work that I don't like but have to do because of the big working environment. Consider it an improvement in my ability.
4. About fitness and skin care
I spent a lot of time with a female colleague and found that my life was too rough. With her encouragement, she began to take vitamin C and grape seeds every day, and her daily skin care was more careful than in the past, and the mask was also put on. The key is: spend less time and stick to it.
The intensity and frequency of fitness this month are not high, but after a year, I finally started doing aerobics again. I did aerobic exercise twice this month. I simply stretch at home, pay more attention to walking, run more errands at work, and let myself move more and sit for too long.
5. About emotional management
Easily influenced by the surrounding personnel environment, the ability of emotional management needs to be improved. But the progress is that I have hardly ever been angry with my son. No matter what he does, I won't be as angry and growling as before. Personnel disturbances in the workplace will still affect your mood, sometimes involving your own energy. There is not much improvement in this aspect of control and transformation, but your thinking is more than before, and you are no longer just upset and denying yourself.
