Jinggangshan is the cradle of China revolution. The Red Army led by the China Productive Party has created one miracle after another. It is the first rural revolutionary base created by our Party and witnessed the great turning point in China's history. The establishment of Jinggangshan revolutionary base opened up a new road for China revolution. Here, China's * * * production party held high the first banner of independent leadership of the China revolution, creating a revolutionary road with China characteristics. Since Jinggangshan, the spark of revolution has spread all over China. I talk about the following inspirations based on my personal work practice:

First, adhere to the spirit of hard struggle and earnestly strengthen the study of political theory.

Hard struggle is a fine tradition gradually cultivated and established by our party in the Jinggangshan struggle. It is this spirit of hard struggle that enabled the Red Army led by the Communist Party of China (CPC) to defeat the enemy under the harsh conditions of lack of materials and weak enemy and strong enemy. Now our working and living conditions are not what they used to be, but we can bear hardships, dare to bear hardships, and are not afraid of hardships; The spirit of hard struggle of being able to fight, daring to fight and being good at fighting is still a magic weapon for us to overcome difficulties and adversity and keep the advanced nature of Communist party member forever. Strengthen the study of political theory, especially Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and "Theory of Three Represents" thought, enhance the consciousness of party spirit exercise, and further clarify the direction of progress. Clear up the vague understanding in your mind and deeply realize that only when you are sober and firm in theory can you remain sober and firm in politics. Learning is not only the accumulation of knowledge, but also a major issue of world outlook change. With the improvement of theoretical level, the ability to see problems will also improve, and the ability to work will also improve. Only by studying political theory hard can we establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and keep the advanced nature of party member forever.

Second, adhere to the style of seeking truth from facts and serve the people wholeheartedly.

According to the situation and characteristics of the China revolution, seeking truth from facts and through the struggle practice in Jinggangshan, Mao Zedong took the lead in proposing and successfully practicing the blueprint of "establishing a base area of workers and peasants alliance, establishing an armed regime, encircling cities from rural areas and gradually seizing political power". What was needed at that time was not only courage and boldness, but also the crystallization of seeking truth from facts and wisdom. Only by seeking truth from facts can we find the truth; Only by seeking truth from facts can we correct our mistakes; Only by seeking truth from facts can we make correct decisions; Only by seeking truth from facts can we keep pace with the times. In the new period of socialist construction, the CPC Central Committee has proposed that to establish Scientific Outlook on Development and build a harmonious society in Socialism with Chinese characteristics, we still need to vigorously advocate and carry forward this spirit of "seeking truth from facts and being brave in pioneering". We must resolutely follow the requirements of Scientific Outlook on Development, base ourselves on the actual work, emancipate our minds, seek truth from facts, renew our concepts, be brave in innovation, look at new things with new eyes, solve new problems with new methods, seek new development with new ideas, solve various contradictions and problems in the development process with innovative spirit, and constantly create a new situation in our work. Serving the people wholeheartedly is the fundamental purpose of our party and the fundamental yardstick to measure whether a party member is qualified. As an official, party member should always keep in mind the "two musts", work hard before enjoying, be down-to-earth, be willing to contribute, bear hardships and stand hard work, and give full play to party member's vanguard and exemplary role. We must firmly establish the views of the masses, listen to their voices, reflect their wishes, and faithfully implement the party's principles and policies. This requires each of our staff to provide quality services to the people as much as possible and meet their reasonable requirements. More understanding, more empathy, high-quality service to satisfy the masses and reassure the organization.

Third, keep close contact with the masses and create first-class work performance.

In wartime, the most important thing for our party to win is to adhere to the party's mass line. History has proved that the foundation of our party lies in the people, its blood lies in the people and its strength lies in the people. Maintaining the flesh-and-blood ties between the Party and the people and always sharing the same fate with the people is the foundation of our party's invincible position and the magic weapon of Jinggangshan spirit. The "mass line" is a summary of the long-term revolution and construction experience of China's * * * production party, the party's fundamental line and the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. As a leading cadre in party member in the new era, we should deeply root the spirit of the party's mass line among the people, strive to practice the concept of "building the party for the public and governing for the people", respect the masses ideologically, represent them politically, be close to them emotionally, do things for them, do practical and good things for them, win their support and win new victories in construction and development. We are in the era of knowledge innovation, and there are many things we don't understand and are not familiar with. Even the knowledge we have learned in the past has a process of constant renewal. We must strengthen the study of business knowledge and related knowledge, and strive to improve our comprehensive quality to adapt to the fast-paced work style. We should proceed from reality, further innovate the working mechanism, improve the quality and efficiency of work. A single spark can start a prairie fire. In the long-term revolutionary war, our party relied on Jinggangshan spirit, firm belief and the masses, dared to win and achieved great victory. Socialist modernization also needs this spirit. If a party member doesn't have these spirits, it can't be regarded as a qualified party member. In the new era, to cultivate party member is to strengthen faith, set up lofty ideals, stand on one's own post and work hard. We should bear in mind China's national conditions and solemn mission, establish the idea of long-term hard struggle for the party and the people, and maintain a strong revolutionary will and indomitable revolutionary character. In the new era, party member, a producer of * * *, will give full play to his vanguard and exemplary role in work, life and society, earnestly fulfill his obligations as a party member, and fully embody the advanced nature of the producer of * * * with his own practical actions. At present, when the "three studies" activities are carried out in the whole city, we should adapt ourselves to the new situation with new ideas, earnestly implement them, promote the scientific development of cities and towns, maintain social stability, and effectively solve the most concerned, direct and realistic problems of the people. We are standing at a new starting point, facing many opportunities and challenges.
