Male, 1992 graduated from Geology Department of Jiaozuo Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in engineering. 1992- 1994 worked in Leping Mining Bureau of Jiangxi Province as an assistant engineer; 1September, 1994, admitted to the Department of Earth Sciences of Nanjing University, with a master's degree in hydrogeology and engineering geology. 1June, 1997, after obtaining the Master of Science degree in advance, he continued to study for a doctorate in hydrology and water resources of Nanjing University. 1In July, 1999, he obtained the doctor's degree in engineering (the doctoral thesis was awarded the excellent doctoral thesis of Nanjing University), and he stayed on as a teacher. 1999 10 as a lecturer; In April 2002, he was promoted to associate professor.
