What tense is the highlight of the paper?
The present perfect tense.

The present perfect tense indicates an action or state that happened at a certain moment in the past and continues to the present, which can highlight the highlights more vividly.

Any action has three states: general state, occurring and completed. At a certain point, what is happening is going on. At a certain point, the action has been completed, which is the perfect tense. If the action has not been carried out or completed, it is the general tense. The first three items can be past, present or future.
