After we have some inspiration, write a good experience, which can improve our thinking training. Is it impossible to write without a clue? The following is my experience in caring for the disabled (7 general remarks). Welcome to read, I hope you will like it.
Experience in caring for the disabled 1 Recently, Chongqing University of Technology Materials Youth Association and Banan Disabled Persons' Federation will jointly carry out a series of theme activities on caring for the disabled. Volunteers of the YMCA will first participate in and organize everyone to participate in caring for the disabled and spread the warmth of love in an equal society.
We arrived at my uncle's house at nine o'clock. Uncle Yu is very enthusiastic. She gave us stools when it was inconvenient to walk, and her mother-in-law also brought us slippers. There is another detail that is quite touching. My feet are as big as men's, and my mother-in-law changed them for me. Grandpa in the room is watching TV and drinking milk. There was milk dripping on his clothes in the middle, or his mother-in-law wiped it off. He felt himself in a hurry. In fact, we can't just sit back and wait. Later, my mother-in-law arranged to clean the windows. We also cleaned the cupboard and our partners mopped the floor. I never feel that time passes quickly when I am busy. Near noon, my mother-in-law warmly invited us to lunch.
Uncle Yu is tutoring students in English. He is very capable and his English is good. He has been reading English for more than 2 hours every day for 30 years, and it has become a habit! I can't imagine how hard I have worked for more than 30 years. I'm ashamed. At that time, I persisted for three days. But a disabled person persisted for so long! They are eager for equal eyes, and at this time I respect them from the heart. He said: "Disabled people like us have difficulty in moving, but they are still open-minded." This is the so-called physical disability and mental disability. Uncle Yu looks kind, but persistent, and has a certain tone for the future. For example, I said I would try my best to learn English well, but Uncle Yu used to learn English very well!
Sometimes it is a weakness to leave room for yourself, and every time there will be an excuse to escape. Since you have chosen, you must go forward bravely, because the joy after sadness is the sweetest. The ancients reflected snow, the ancients stole light, and the ancients tasted courage. This is my experience.
Experience of caring for the disabled 2 Today is June 10 and June 17. The weather is gloomy, and the land in late autumn has the feeling of early winter. At 2: 30 in the afternoon, I rode my bike to Tiantou Group of Gezhuang Neighborhood Committee and started my home visit in the afternoon.
Tiantou Formation of Gezhuang Neighborhood Committee is adjacent to Likou Town, and its economic conditions are relatively good. Before the visit, I always thought that the villagers in Jiecun should have good ideas to get rich, so I decided to find out. Then with the deepening of the visit, I entered a relatively remote roadway. It is found that there are still many people in Tiantou Formation who are still very shabby brick bungalows. Only then did I realize that I was confused by the superficial phenomenon of the neighboring village.
The first family I visited today was a disabled family. At the moment I walked into her house, the crutch in her hand caught my eye. She staggered up to me and said, what can I do for you, young man? After a simple greeting, I started a family conversation with her. This disabled person is called Chen. Since childhood, his legs can't walk independently because of polio, which belongs to the second-degree disability of limbs. The husband has been a bricklayer for a long time, and his son is in the first grade of Likou Middle School. The annual income of his family is less than 8000 yuan. Because his children are studying, the family is under great pressure. In order to increase family income, Z chose to weave fishing nets at home. She can weave three nets every day, and each net can only earn money from 4 yuan. As she spoke, she kept tying knots on the internet with tin buttons, which was really time-consuming and laborious. I asked her if there was a wheelchair at home. She shook her head slightly and told me that I had to rely on crutches. Looking at her helpless but firm face, I have an idea in my heart: I will go to the county disabled persons' Federation tomorrow to apply for a wheelchair for Chen and solve the most basic living problems for her. Next, I want to use this Sunday to come to her house and meet her son yang hu, so as to learn more about his life and study.
Experience of caring for the disabled 3 As a full-time member of the disabled, we should play our due role. Since I became a full-time committee member in July, 20XX, under the guidance of the leaders of the District and Street Disabled Persons' Federation and with the full support of all community workers, I can actively cooperate with the Community Disabled Persons' Federation to do a good job in the work of the disabled in this community, keep close contact with the disabled, represent their interests, listen to their voices, reflect their needs, master the basic situation of the disabled in this community, and establish relevant files for the disabled. In my work, I humbly learned a lot of valuable experience from other community full-time members such as Peng and found the direction of future work. At the same time, I also saw kindness from them. I think as long as I have love, I can do a good job for the disabled.
Now I have done my own work for more than a year to talk about my thoughts and experiences:
First, to do a good job in the disabled, we need to run more and walk more frequently, and try our best to convey the preferential policies about disabled people to disabled friends.
As soon as I took office in July, 2009, I visited all the disabled friends in the community under the leadership of Wang Kebin, an expert in community subsistence allowances. Through this visit, the personal data and family situation of the disabled left by the former full-time members of the Disabled Persons' Federation were improved, and the demands of the disabled in the community were understood, which laid a good foundation for future work. Of course, I know very well that the difficulties of disabled friends can't be completely solved by one or two visits, so I take the initiative to be an assistant of low-income households. Every month when they sign in, I take the initiative to chat with them to understand their recent living conditions. In the survey of low-income households, we also took the initiative to investigate the family status of the disabled in low-income households with low-income professionals. Through several months of hard work, I have established full trust with the disabled in the community.
Second, we should have a caring heart to do good for the disabled.
Disabled friends are all vulnerable groups. When serving them, they will unconsciously vent their grievances such as social coldness and ridicule on you. For example, in September 2009, two blind friends in my community missed the visual inspection time stipulated by my street when the disabled changed their second-generation cards. Under my contact, I finally decided to make a visual inspection with them in Pozi Street. On the day of visual observation, I took two blind friends to Pozi Street. However, after examination by the doctor in charge of visual inspection, although they are blind, their eyes are very clear and cannot be judged by visual inspection. They must go to the hospital for identification. Hearing this conclusion, two blind friends were very excited. They said they were completely blind, and they were indeed blind. Why do you want to re-identify? This is discrimination against the disabled.
Besides, they are blind, so it will be inconvenient to go to the hospital. First of all, I explained to them the relevant regulations on vision appraisal for the disabled, and said that the District Disabled Persons' Federation also came in strict accordance with the regulations, so it would be unfair to other disabled friends with similar situations. Then I said that I would take the time to accompany them to the hospital for identification, please rest assured. Under my patient persuasion, the mood of two disabled friends changed from anger to gratitude. Later, I accompanied one of the district hospitals for identification (the other was accompanied by his family). Now every once in a while, they will call me to ask about the activities of helping the disabled in the community and the preferential policies for the disabled. We became good friends. Through this incident, I feel that when I work for the disabled, only with a kind heart can I deeply understand the practical difficulties of disabled friends and better solve the problems they encounter.
Third, to do a good job for the disabled, we need to study business knowledge hard and constantly enrich ourselves.
Since serving as a full-time member of the community disabled, I have often participated in various business trainings organized by street, district and municipal disabled persons' federations. In May of 20XX, she got a good score of 1 in the first full-time examination for disabled members organized by the District Disabled Persons' Federation. In May, he won the third place in Chinese and English word processing in the vocational skills competition for the disabled held by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation. In June of 20XX, she won the title of Assistant Social Worker in the National Social Worker Examination. Through training, I have further mastered the skills of grassroots disabled workers, thus better serving disabled friends in the community.
Although I have made some achievements in my work, there is still a big gap from the requirements of the leaders. I will make unremitting efforts in the concrete work in the future, do my best, do practical things and make innovations and breakthroughs. Under the correct leadership of the county and street disabled persons' federations, I will continue to maintain the enthusiasm of my previous work, actively do everything I should do and strive to serve the disabled.
Experience of caring for the disabled. Social love is like a tired person for the disabled. Like a lost person, find a bright light; Just as a hot man finds shade; Just like a dry-hearted man finds a clear spring.
Helen Keller seems destined to create miracles for mankind, or God sent her into this world to show the dignity and greatness of the disabled to ordinary people. When she was one and a half years old, she suddenly had acute cerebral congestion, and her high fever for several days kept her in a coma. When she woke up, her eyes burned blind, her ears burned deaf, and her dexterous mouth could not speak. From then on, she fell into a dark and silent world and an abyss of pain. In this lonely world, she didn't give up, but kept improving herself. With the help of Sullivan, Helen learned to overcome the pain caused by physical defects with tenacious perseverance.
Creating this miracle depends on an indomitable heart. Helen accepted the challenge of life, embraced the world with love, faced difficulties with amazing perseverance, finally found the bright side of life in the dark, and finally extended her loving hands to the world.
Zhang Haidi had cancer surgery at 199 1, but she continued to fight against her fate with indomitable spirit, and she began to study for a postgraduate course in philosophy. Through unremitting efforts, she wrote the paper "Disabled People in the Vision of Cultural Philosophy". 1993 passed the postgraduate course examination of philosophy department of Jilin University and passed the thesis defense, and was awarded the master's degree. Zhang Haidi proved the power of life with her own courage, just as she herself said, "Like all determined people, I regard trying to explore myself as real happiness." With the spirit of overcoming her own obstacles, she opened a road for the disabled to enter the sea of knowledge. She worked hard and kept creating, and played a perfect life movement with her broken body.
Hawking, a theoretical physicist, returned to his apartment in Berlin in a wheelchair and was knocked down by a car when crossing the road. His left arm was broken and his head was cut off. Despite his growing physical disability, Hawking tried to live like an ordinary person and accomplish what he could. 1985, Hawking underwent tracheal surgery, and since then he has completely lost the ability to speak. It was under such circumstances that he made great efforts to write A Brief History of Time. Hawking's charm lies not only in his legendary physical genius, but also in his convincing life force. His constant pursuit of scientific spirit and brave and tenacious personality strength deeply attracted everyone who knew him.
Concern is a look, giving a silent blessing; Caring is the spring breeze, giving people physical and mental comfort; Concern is a greeting, giving people the warmth of spring; Caring is a spring rain that moistens people's hearts; Care is a smile, giving people kind care; Caring is a clear spring that washes people's hearts. Let's care for the disabled and enjoy a blue sky with them!
Experience of caring for the disabled 5 From the moment we were born, we started a beautiful life journey and experienced the colorful life that brought us. Love, like a beating note, accompanies us all the way. When we are enjoying a beautiful life, do you know that there are still many people in this world who can't enjoy the beauty of life and the enthusiasm of nature? They are disabled.
In the eyes of many people, disabled people are lowly people! Even if you see a disabled person on the road, someone will look at him with sarcastic language! But whether you and I will understand their lives! Everything about them rarely seems to appear before our eyes. To tell the truth, we seldom care about disabled people, let alone care about them! What they lack is the care given by society!
Disabled people, the adjective in my dictionary is: "poor health, firm will." The deeds of many disabled people are very touching, and many celebrities have disabled people! Ludwig van Beethoven is one of the people I admire! Beethoven was born in a poor family in Bonn, Germany. He studied music with his father since childhood. When he was eight years old, Beethoven made his debut and achieved great success. He is called the second Mozart. Being deaf at the age of 50, for a musician, nothing is more terrible than being deaf. But he has great ideals and overcomes all kinds of difficulties. Through his efforts, he created many excellent works in his life, which were deeply loved by people all over the world. His achievements have a great influence on the development of European music art at the same time and in the future. Although Beethoven was deaf, he could still compose such a touching symphony of destiny. He touched countless people with his creation. Beethoven, the great composer, only stayed in the world for 57 years, and completed more than 100 works in his life. But his spirit will last forever!
Everyone has self-esteem, including the disabled. In fact, the deformity of the body is nothing, as long as your will is not deformed, your life is still beautiful! God closes a door for you, but he will open a window for you! Physical disability is not terrible, mental disability is terrible! What disabled people need is care, not indifference and ridicule! Imagine how you would feel if one day you were disabled and people laughed at you! We should learn to consider their feelings from the perspective of others, not just ourselves!
Caring for the disabled is our responsibility and obligation! So, how can we care for them? In fact, it is also good to start with small things. When you see a disabled person going uphill, you can go up and help him push it down. This is also caring!
Caring for the disabled means caring for ourselves. Why do you say that? When the disabled are cared for, the society will be more harmonious and the society will be harmonious. Aren't we also loved by society?
Come on, disabled people, come on!
We should feel very happy, because we can see the beautiful world with our eyes, hear wonderful music with our ears, play games with our limbs and express our wishes with our mouths. Every time flowers bloom and fall, you may not find anything different in the world, but have you ever thought that there are still many disabled people in the world? Yes, some of them can't see the beautiful and colorful world all their lives, some can't hear any sound all their lives, some have never spoken with their mouths open, and some even have no right to "stand up"!
Students, do you still remember the Thousand Hands Guanyin in the Spring Festival Evening in 2005? How many difficult movements and beautiful dances are displayed in front of us. Can you imagine being performed by a big sister who lives in a silent world?
They are physically and mentally disabled, turn them into advantages and overcome their disabilities. In the absence of sound, the performance can only be successfully completed under the command of uncles and aunts under the stage. Their complete performance gave me this idea-are they really disabled? Of course, from them, we know that they are disabled. Although they can't live like normal people, they have something that normal people don't have-a strong spirit.
In life, we should give some care to the disabled and offer a piece of love. Moreover, we should cherish everything in front of us more, be as firm as a rock and as tough as a reed, and sail forward persistently on the sail of life!
Experience of caring for the disabled 7 On the morning of August 18, 20XX, with the driving of two cars in Huaxia Success Psychological Training School, we gradually moved away from the District Disabled Persons' Federation, and the training and study of village full-time disabled persons' Federation members and township and street helpers began. Although it was only a short day, I gained a lot and felt deeply through the wonderful explanations of several leaders and senior psychological counselors and the interactive exchanges between full-time members and assistants. My experience mainly includes the following aspects:
First, leaders attach great importance to it.
On the afternoon of August 17, the Chairman and Chairman Yuan spoke about the importance and specific requirements of this training to the leaders in charge of townships and sub-district offices and the disabled workers who are about to take up their posts. She pointed out that the importance of full-time members and assistants for the disabled should be fully recognized; Study hard to improve the ability and level of serving the disabled; Abide by discipline and ensure the smooth completion of training. On the day of training, the District Disabled Persons' Federation and its leaders braved the heavy rain and took pains to follow the whole process. The training was presided over by Chairman Yuan. During the training, Chairman Guo gave a detailed and wonderful explanation on the company's work and business. On the afternoon of 18, Chairman Li Zhihua summarized the training and delivered an important speech, pointing out: the significance of establishing the Disabled Persons' Federation; Benefits of employing full-time members and assistants with disabilities; This paper discusses the working concept that disabled people should work horizontally to the edge and vertically to the end. Work for the disabled is a lofty cause, and caring for the disabled is a symbol of social civilization and progress. Full-time members of the disabled at the grass-roots level and the disabled assistants in township neighborhood offices should improve their sense of mission, serve disabled friends well, mainly do a good job in "equality, participation, enjoyment, representation and management", do a good job in investigating the actual situation of the disabled, and handle the contradictions of the disabled. The leader personally came to the training class. As full-time members and assistants, we are very touched and encouraged.
Second, the training content is rich and the explanations are wonderful.
Chairman Guo of the District Disabled Persons' Federation trained the basic knowledge of disabled people's work in combination with the manual for full-time members of the grassroots disabled persons' Federation, and gave us a wonderful and detailed explanation, which made us have a more macro understanding and deeper thinking on the development of disabled people's cause in lawn areas in recent years. This paper expounds the prospect of the future work of the Disabled Persons' Federation, which makes us convinced that the future of the disabled is full of hope and the stage of our work is broader.
The senior lecturer of Huaxia Success Psychological Training School explained the new provisions of the Law on the Protection of Disabled Persons in Shanxi Province one by one and elaborated in detail, which made me have a deeper understanding and profound experience of the Law on the Protection of Disabled Persons on the basis of my original understanding.
Third, the real training effect.
Through this colorful study, I have made a qualitative leap in the position of helping the disabled. Whether emotionally or rationally, I have also clarified my sense of responsibility, constantly updated my knowledge structure, improved my comprehensive service ability, improved my literacy, and better mastered relevant business knowledge, so as to better serve the disabled in the street office in the future.
Finally, I would like to thank the leaders of the Disabled Persons' Federation, the streets and towns in the lawn area for their meticulous organization and arrangement. I will live up to my mission and make my new contribution to the cause of disabled people in lawn area wholeheartedly in my ordinary post!
