How to waterproof the roof of underground garage?
1. structural roof: the basement roof is impervious concrete, and the impervious grade is not lower than P6. On the premise of meeting the construction conditions, try to use low slump concrete. Roof concrete must be cast and compacted to ensure the impermeability of the main structure. When pouring concrete, the basement roof should be smooth and calendered.
2. Closed water test and structural repair: after the installation and peripheral sealing of various out-of-plane pipes, flues and gutters are completed. , the structure closed water test, and repair the leakage.
3. Leveling layer/slope-finding layer: directly use the structure to find the slope, and the slope-finding shall not be less than 1%. The materials and practices of the waterproof additional layer are the same as those of the waterproof layer. The waterproof additional layer should start from the internal angle/external angle, and the upward/downward extension and horizontal extension should not be less than 250mm each.
