At present, the means of legal education for students in schools are diversified, mainly including reasoning education, critical education and example demonstration.

Specifically, the school has systematic legal education courses, the legal activities of the Young Pioneers, and the influence of tangible and intangible legal education environment.

Traditionally, teachers, as the main teaching positions in the classroom, generally attach importance to imparting knowledge and cultivating skills, while neglecting legal education for students, thus making legal education a weak link.

In fact, in the current compulsory education system, mathematics is in a central position and plays a leading role. It is a very important subject for primary school students, and it is also the basic form and main way to achieve educational goals.

In other words, in view of the important position of mathematics, the importance of subject teaching to law education is beyond doubt.

Then, we should infiltrate legal factors into the corresponding disciplines, increase the content of legal education in the disciplines, and gradually cultivate students' legal awareness, thus promoting students' all-round development.

Second, the ways and methods of implementing legal education in mathematics classroom

As a math teacher, I am constantly thinking while teaching. Since legal education is so important to students, how to cultivate primary school students' legal awareness in normal teaching? How to make primary school students take the initiative to know some legal knowledge? How to cultivate students' legal consciousness while teaching mathematics, so as to achieve the effect of "sneaking into the night with the wind and moistening things silently"? In fact, it is extremely important to effectively infiltrate legal education in mathematics classroom, so that students can fully tap the legal factors in the discipline while learning the basic knowledge of mathematics, organically combine legal education with related disciplines, and enhance students' legal awareness.

The author believes that the following methods can be used to cultivate students' legal awareness in mathematics teaching.

(A), fully explore the legal factors in mathematics textbooks.

Teachers should make legal education a teaching goal, actively develop legal factors in teaching materials in the process of preparing lessons and implementing teaching, and make it a teaching and research content when carrying out teaching and research activities.

In a sense, for an excellent teacher, the most basic condition is to be familiar with teaching materials. Only by carefully familiarizing with and studying teaching materials, finding the breakthrough point of legal knowledge and organically combining mathematical knowledge with legal knowledge can legal knowledge be effectively infiltrated in mathematics classroom.

For example, teaching the location and direction of the second volume of the third grade, the second page of the textbook presents photos of Tiananmen Square and its surrounding buildings in Beijing. Through the five-star red flag, Chairman Mao Memorial Hall and Monument to the People's Heroes displayed in the photos, teachers can educate students in patriotism in time, let them know more about the great history of China and cultivate their national pride and self-esteem.

In addition, when teaching divisor, you can contact the situation diagram to tell students some knowledge about animal protection, understand the legal knowledge about the protection of rare birds and animals formulated by the state, and let students realize that these animals cannot be killed and caught indiscriminately, otherwise they will be punished by corresponding laws.

For example, in the fifth grade teaching "broken line statistical chart", teachers can design the problem of "statistics of monitoring results of sulfur dioxide and smoke in urban atmosphere" and infiltrate the environmental protection law.

After teaching the example, tell the students that the sulfur dioxide in the urban air is seriously exceeding the standard, the smell makes people dizzy and disgusting, and the river is getting more and more turbid. Tell them that these are caused by man-made destruction of the environment, so that students can enhance their awareness of environmental protection.

So as to achieve the purpose of mathematics teaching, and organically integrate with law teaching, and play a multiplier role.

(B) the effective combination of legal teaching and extracurricular activities

In fact, the ways and means of legal education are varied and cannot be limited to teachers' classroom teaching. Extracurricular activities are also an important way for students to cultivate legal awareness and grow into talents.

As a teacher, we should actively understand every student's hobbies, and use extracurricular learning and activities to carry out some interesting math activities.

For example, after teaching statistics to third-grade students, I can let them stand at the crossroads and see the number of cars that pass in a few and a half minutes. I will educate them to abide by traffic laws and regulations while ensuring their own safety, and make students realize that they should strictly follow the instructions of traffic lights when crossing the road, otherwise unexpected consequences will occur.

Through this form of education, students not only enrich their after-school life, master statistical knowledge and understand traffic laws and regulations, but also enhance their awareness and concept of obeying traffic laws and regulations.

As we all know, playing is a child's nature.

As primary school students, they are very enthusiastic about games.
