What's the difference between articles and periodicals?
An article is a general term for all written expressions. Prose, poetry, diaries and papers can all be articles.

Periodicals, also known as magazines, refer to continuous publications with fixed names and basically the same layout in each issue, both regular and irregular. Journals are one of the main channels for publishing academic papers, but not all journals publish academic papers. Some periodicals mainly publish news reports, comments, stories, literary and artistic works, popular science articles and so on.

Publishing cycle

Periodicals can be divided into:

Weekly, the publishing cycle is every weekend;

Biweekly, published every two weeks;

Fast reading, publishing cycle 10 days;

Bimonthly, with a publishing cycle of 15 days;

Monthly, with a publishing cycle of 30 days;

Bimonthly, the publication cycle is two months;

Quarterly, the publication cycle is one quarter, that is, three months;

Semi-annual report with a publishing cycle of 6 months;

Published in, the publishing cycle is 1 year.
