1. Provide the initial declaration form of professional and technical qualifications, the original and photocopy of graduation certificate and ID card (A4), the electronic registration and filing form of academic certificate, and the list of social insurance payment certificates of the applicant for more than 1 year.

2. Since 2007, the declaration of professional and technical qualifications at all levels in Nanjing has been carried out by combining online concise declaration with written specific declaration, and online declaration information will be managed by "one network" such as declaration, review, evaluation, publicity, writing, certification and electronic registration.
