In the process of establishing, we have closely focused on the central work, aiming at improving the overall quality of family members, improving the quality of family life and improving the level of civil civilization, serving the overall situation, being close to reality, life and the masses, constantly expanding the work field, enriching the connotation of activities and innovating the carrier of activities, which has made new steps and made new progress in the creation of civilized families in our region and made positive contributions to the creation of a "national civilized city". Through the continuous and in-depth development of the founding activities in recent years, there are more than 654.38+million civilized families at all levels in the region. In our work, we have some practices and experiences, which are encouraged by everyone.
First, improve the mechanism and pay close attention to implementation.
Creating a civilized family is an important way to further establish a good image of our region and enhance its comprehensive competitiveness. The district party committee and the district government attach great importance to this work, incorporate the activities of creating civilized families into the overall planning of spiritual civilization construction in the whole region, and require district-level departments and streets to establish and improve leading institutions, with clear objectives, responsibilities to people and implementation at all levels. The leaders of the district committee emphasized the importance of creating civilized families and publicizing family virtues many times at the founding meeting of the whole district and during the investigation in various streets, and asked the party working committees and offices of all streets to attach great importance to this work and implement the network management mode of the whole district's founding work. Evaluate the location target of the street. The members of the Party Working Committee of each street include the community, and the street cadres and community cadres include the compound and buildings. The whole region will join hands with Qi Xin to create a harmonious new world.
In order to strengthen the organization and leadership of the work of creating civilized families in our district, the District Women's Federation has set up a leading group with the chairman as the leader, the vice-chairman in charge as the deputy leader and the heads of various offices as members. Women's federations in various streets and systems have also set up leading groups accordingly, identified the responsible persons, strengthened the organization and leadership of the work of creating civilized families, and formed a work pattern in the whole region with the support of party committees, the leadership of women's federations, the integration of all aspects, and timely and effective grasp of all work. We have formulated and issued a series of documents, such as the Notice on Launching Civilized Family Creation Activities, the District Civilized Family Creation Plan, the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Creating Civilized Families in the National Civilized City Assessment System, and the Wuhou District Women's Federation's Publicity Work Plan for Creating Civilized Families, which clearly requires women's federations at all levels to take the activity of creating civilized families as an important task this year and incorporate it into target management.
The second is to promote the creation of civilized families in the whole region with publicity as the starting point and achieve practical results.
In order to create a civilized family, we give full play to the advantages of women's federations, take traditional festivals such as March 8th, Mother's Day and June 1st as opportunities, carry out various publicity activities, make full use of television, newspapers and cultural performances, hold training courses and lectures, show dam films in residents' courtyards, make large and medium-sized inkjet advertisements, and print and distribute a large number of environmental protection publicity bags and brochures. Issued a proposal of "Building a Civilized Family" to more than 0.9 million families in the whole region, and actively advocated the 20-word family virtue of "respecting the elderly and caring for the young, equality between men and women, harmony between husband and wife, diligence and housekeeping, and neighborhood unity". Women's Federation cadres at all levels went from village to village, and the leaders of the Municipal Women's Federation also came to our district many times to guide the creation work. Through multi-form, all-round and multi-angle publicity, the masses, especially women, fully realize the necessity and importance of the creation work and its role and responsibility in the creation activities, forming a gratifying situation in which everyone participates and every household strives for success. The publicity campaign of "Creating a Civilized City and Practicing Family Virtues" was also carried out in civilized post units in the whole region, and publicity points of family virtues were set up in all window departments and window industries such as government service centers, district civil affairs marriage registration offices, district national tax registration halls, street social affairs service centers, community workstations and bank business halls. We printed 300,000 family virtue publicity cards, distributed 50,000 environmental protection bags and 200,000 paper cups printed with the words "Family Virtue 20" to all organs, streets and communities in the whole region, printed 60,000 civilized family signs printed with the words "Family Virtue 20" and posted them all to households. Each street produced 84 large and medium-sized spray paintings. And in the whole district 13 street, 83 communities and villages, 336 large-scale publicity stands of family virtues were displayed in various residents' courtyards, which fully demonstrated the organizational ability and elegant demeanour of women's federations and expanded the social influence of women's federations.
Thirdly, it is the key to create a civilized family to consolidate the creation content and find the combination point of the creation activities.
In our work, we fully realize that the creation of civilized families is an inevitable requirement to improve the ideological and moral quality of family members, strengthen the construction of family virtues and enhance the level of urban civilization, and it is also a long-term work of women's federations. To this end, we take the learning family as the main line, carry out activities as the carrier, encourage by appraisal and commendation, and rely on a healthy atmosphere to further deepen the construction of civilized families, focusing on four combinations:
The first is to combine the creation of civilized families with the creation of spiritual civilization. During the "March 8th" Festival, the Cultural and Sports Bureau of the United District of our district, with the themes of "Harmony is the source of family happiness, and happiness is the foundation of family happiness" and "I love my family, I love my family, I love my family, I love my family, I love my family, I love my family, I love my family", joined the staff of the whole district 13 streets, urban and rural families, district-level departments and all streets to jointly carry out family fun sports competitions. For the first time, the exhibition of works of female painters and painters celebrating International Women's Day on March 8 was jointly held with the Cross-Strait Exchange Association. More than 100 works from 50 female painters and painters on both sides of the Taiwan Strait were exhibited. Women's federations at all levels also vigorously publicize family virtues and advocate a new style of family civilization through seminars, prize-winning knowledge contests, cultural performances and recognition of good mothers. For example, the Women's Federation of Hongpailou Street held a cultural performance of "Celebrating March 8th, Building Harmony and Showing Style" in Taiping Shi Sheng Square, and invited professional teams to perform cross talk, sketches and other programs, vigorously promoting the social fashion of stressing civilization and cultivating new styles, and singing the main theme of the times; In Liangshuijing Community of Jiangxie Street, the "Samsung" selection campaign of "Building a Civilized Family and Being a Civilized Woman" was launched, and 30 women won the titles of "Star of Love", "Star of Harmony" and "Star of Service". Han Shu Street Community held a commendation meeting for outstanding mothers, and selected and commended 38 outstanding mothers in the community.
The second is to combine the creation of civilized families with the integration of clean government culture into family activities. Printed the "Key Points of Incorrupt Government Culture into Family Work", printed 6,543,800 small cards of Incorrupt Government Motto, and distributed them to all primary and secondary school students in the whole district. Through the activity of "holding hands and building a harmonious new society", students educated their parents, called on families in the whole region to reject corruption, sounded the alarm, strengthened the construction of family clean government culture and established a solid anti-corruption defense line. We held the signing ceremony of "Growing Diary" in He Lu Community of Wangjiang Street, which kicked off the theme activity of "Cultivating Self-cultivation, Keeping Healthy Temperament, Breeze Accompanying Our Bank" in the whole district. This year, an award-winning question-and-answer activity named "* * * Creating a Civilized City, Creating a Civilized City in Action, and Promoting a Clean Government Culture into the Family" was held in Changshouyuan Community of South Station. At the event, small cards of anti-corruption motto were distributed, and more than 6,000 publicity materials on creating civilized families and family virtues were distributed.
The third is to combine the creation of civilized families with the creation of safe families. Activities such as "keeping drugs away from my home", "preventing AIDS and improving the whole family" and "drug-free families" are widely carried out in the whole region. Joint functional departments actively participate in special struggles such as abduction, drug control, pornography and illegal publications, give full play to the important role of women in the family, and promote the creation of safe and civilized families. In May, eight departments, including the Bureau of Justice, the Education Bureau, the Comprehensive Management Office, the District Party Committee's Anti-vice Office, the District Court, the District Procuratorate and the District Letters and Calls Office, jointly launched a legal publicity campaign on "My mother and I learn from each other and build a harmonious new society" in primary and secondary schools in the whole district, which lasted for three years and strived to train 85% of women and 80% of minors in the whole district. Last year, Yulin Street in our district was named as a provincial-level "Safe Family" demonstration street, and Palm East Community in Wangjiang Street and Balu Village in Jinhua Bridge Street were named as municipal-level "Safe Family" demonstration points.
The fourth is to combine the creation of civilized families with family education to enrich the connotation of the creation of civilized families. Together with the District Education Bureau, the 11th Five-Year Plan for family education in the whole region was formulated and implemented, and 30 large-scale public welfare lectures on "Family-school cooperation, nurturing talents" were held in the parent schools in the whole region, benefiting more than 1.5 million parents, of whom 85% were parents of migrant students. On Mother's Day, a special lecture on family education "Being a modern mother and creating a civilized and harmonious family" was held, and more than 6,000 brochures and cards printed with 20 family virtues were distributed on the spot. Co-sponsored with the District Education Bureau, the activity of "Inviting parents to enter the campus and letting books overflow the house-parents and children enjoy reading * * *". The launching ceremony was held at Moziqiao Primary School Branch. This activity advocates parents and children to read a book together in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, which is conducive to cultivating children's good reading habits and further enhancing communication and exchanges between parents and children. In order to improve the quality of parents and update the concept of family education, 13 papers on family education were collected from schools in the whole district, of which 1 won the second prize at the municipal level and 2 won the third prize at the municipal level. This year, it is recommended to commend 1 excellent demonstration base for moral construction of small citizens in Sichuan Province, 5 district-level excellent parent schools and 15 community family education demonstration sites.
Fourth, pay attention to unannounced visits and consolidate the effectiveness of the creation activities.
We have adopted a "three-set" work system, that is, the team members are in charge, the business departments are divided into streets, and the weekly work supervision is based on personnel, orientation and responsibility. We combine regular and irregular work, go deep into streets, communities and residents' courtyards to learn about the creation of civilized families and the promotion of family virtues, and inform the inspection results at any time. For more than 3 10000 civilized families selected in June, we launched volunteers to pay a telephone call back one by one, which further strengthened the propaganda of civilized families and family virtues and effectively promoted the consolidation and in-depth development of the founding activities.
