I have taught in rural primary schools for many years. Another third of the students are accustomed to average performance, showing that management is in place, performance is good, and grades are rising. Once the management is negligent, their performance will be poor, which will affect their study. Another third of the students have bad behavior habits and study habits for various reasons, such as not paying attention to personal hygiene, being disheveled, not listening carefully in class, not thinking actively, being indifferent to learning, making repeated mistakes inside and outside school, not doing homework very seriously, being forced to finish homework under the timely supervision of teachers at school, never taking the initiative to finish homework or even not doing it at all, and their academic performance is obviously behind the overall average, and they have almost no ability to become a problem student who is dragging their feet.
Second, the causes of the status quo of rural primary school students' education
At present, the cultivation education of rural primary school students is not easy to grasp. I think there are several main reasons:
1, rural family members have low cultural literacy, and parents' bad words and deeds have a great negative impact on primary school students. At present, most rural parents only have junior high school or high school education. They lack knowledge about present knowledge. Because of the relationship between work and labor, they have no more time and energy to accept the knowledge and information of the new era, and to observe and guide children's moral behavior, learning attitude and methods. This has caused a vacuum in the education of children's behavior habits and study habits at home, which undoubtedly increased the responsibility of school education and reduced the effect of school education.
2. Students' plasticity is biased due to bad social orientation. Pupils are very plastic, and there will be some factors affecting their lives during this growth period. Today's era is the information age, and the amount of information transmitted is large and fast. The information in society is mixed, and even some bad information affects young students at a very fast speed, which makes students' plasticity deviate.
3. Children in modern education lack role models. As the saying goes, "the power of an example is infinite." Early children have many role models, such as Huang Jiguang, Dong Cunrui, Liu Hulan and Lei Feng, which are influencing them imperceptibly. Now the school is beautiful and magnificent, but there are no talking eyes. Heroes and role models are getting farther and farther away from children.
Third, rural primary school students to develop education to improve the countermeasures
Facing the objective reality and aiming at the existing difficulties and problems, as a front-line teacher working in rural primary schools, I think we should start with the following aspects in educating people:
1, actively create an atmosphere conducive to the implementation of education.
Schools are the main places for students to receive education. Schools should attach importance to the construction of campus culture and create a good moral education atmosphere. Eye-catching slogans, wall posters, garden warning signs, human landscape sculptures, moral education columns and legal education columns can be set up on campus, and campus broadcasts can be held to communicate the voices of teachers and students and report good deeds on campus. For example, the school regards the bathroom culture as an important activity for students to develop the habit of hygiene and civilization: on the snow-white wall, there are large etiquette slogans such as "raise your hand, clean you, me and him" and "you talk about civilization, I talk about civilization, and everyone talks about civilization", and the bathroom management system allows students to go to the toilet imperceptibly.
2. Words and deeds lead to development.
People often say that "example is better than words". Some studies show that imitation is the secret of many scientists' success, and students' success depends on imitation to some extent. As the saying goes, "what kind of teachers teach what kind of students", it can be seen that the importance of demonstration has a subtle influence on them. The amiable and respectable teacher is a model in students' minds. His personality charm attracts students to approach and imitate and encourages them to develop good behavior norms. This requires teachers to set an example everywhere in daily life: in daily life and teaching, teachers should use standardized language and then set an example to educate students; In labor class, teachers should participate in the completion of labor tasks with students; Teachers should also improve their own understanding when educating students. They should not think that teachers' responsibility is only to educate students, but ignore "self-discipline" and "setting an example". Teachers must pay attention to their own behavior, especially try their best to set an example for students in daily life and seriously "set an example" for students.
3. Positive evaluation and guidance.
Evaluation is an effective incentive means. From the evaluation content, the school can work out the detailed rules for the evaluation of pupils' moral behavior habits and the common index system of moral behavior habits according to the daily behavior norms of pupils. From the time of evaluation, formative evaluation and summative evaluation can be combined, with daily comparison, weekly summary, monthly evaluation and commendation every semester.
