How does blood type affect health?
Everyone's blood type is different, which can be divided into four categories: type A, type B, type AB and type O. Blood type is closely related to health. Studies have found that blood types will affect health, and the incidence of diseases of different blood types is also different. For example, people with AB blood are more likely to suffer from heart disease.

The famous near-scientific theory about the influence of blood type on people's personality and health was put forward by American scientist Dr. Peter Dadamo. According to the research data obtained by Dadamo, people with type A blood are less likely to suffer from nervous system diseases than people with other blood types, but more likely to suffer from gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastritis and infectious diseases. People with type B blood are prone to rheumatic diseases, diabetes, ischemic heart disease, myocardial infarction, asthma, leukemia, allergies, cholecystitis, gallstones and kidney calculi's disease. Common diseases that people with type O blood are prone to are pneumonia, sciatica, low back pain and joint diseases. People with AB blood tend to have low immunity. Such people are prone to SARS, influenza, tonsillitis and maxillary sinusitis.

In addition, in order to study the relationship between blood type and the incidence of heart disease, experts from Harvard Medical School in the United States surveyed nearly 90,000 adults and obtained statistical data. According to this data, people with AB blood type are the most prone to heart disease, with an incidence rate as high as 23%. The incidence of heart disease in people with type O blood is 1 1%, while that in people with type B blood is 5%. People with type A blood have the least chance of heart disease.

In response to this phenomenon, scientists found that AB blood is easy to cause inflammation, thus destroying the vascular structure. Type B blood will produce too much lipid protein, which can block the cholesterol in arterial blood vessels. In this regard, doctors advise people with type B blood to eat as little high-cholesterol food as possible. The reason why people with type A blood have the lowest incidence of heart disease is that this blood is rich in certain substances, which play an important role in the flow and coagulation of blood.

But at the same time, scientists also pointed out that this does not mean that people with a certain blood type will definitely suffer from the corresponding typical diseases. Health depends on many factors, and blood type is only one of the symbolic factors.
