On a beautiful spring day, everything revives, herbs germinate and vitality thrives. Young cadres are the seeds sown at the grassroots level. They must live up to their youth, break through the ground and take root in the masses, so that they can grow into useful talents and shoulder heavy responsibilities. Please talk about your opinion. First, young cadres should lay a solid foundation for growth at the grassroots level. Grass-roots units are diverse and complicated, which is also a vast world to learn knowledge, long skills and practice ability, and a stage to lay a foundation, open your eyes and sharpen your will.

Third, young cadres should gain the strength to grow by serving the masses. Deep roots can flourish, and roots can flourish. If young cadres are a seed, then the masses are the soil on which grassroots cadres live. Always stand firm in the position of the masses and always maintain the "flesh-and-blood relationship" and "fish-water relationship" with the masses.

Go to the fields and often sit on the kang of the farmhouse. With the courage of "walking a hundred miles, entering hundreds of households, feeling hundreds of households and solving hundreds of difficulties", we approach the masses to observe people's feelings, bend down to solve people's difficulties, be good at asking questions from the masses, and solve worries involving their immediate interests.

Fourth, young cadres should prune the growing branches under strict discipline. If a seed wants to grow into a towering tree, it can't grow upright without pruning and cutting leaves in time. Young cadres are relatively lacking in party spirit and social experience and are vulnerable to various temptations.
