Question 4: What setbacks did you encounter when you started your business? How did you spend it? Can you tell me more about it?

At that time, I had become an ordinary designer and made great achievements. However, due to my calculation error when designing the mold, the factory produced a large number of molds, which were returned when they failed the inspection at the time of delivery, and the reputation of the factory suffered losses. The boss's distrust and inner censure suffered a great blow at that time, but I didn't give up, didn't give up, learned a lesson, worked hard, regained my confidence, and made progress towards my goal.

Now I am also training my younger brother to learn the mold technology on the other hand, and I am going to open a small factory together.
