1. Scope of application: personnel engaged in education and teaching in all kinds of middle schools in the province. Qualifications: Grade I middle school teacher (intermediate) and Grade II senior middle school teacher (deputy senior). Basic Requirements Article 1 Support the Party's line, principles and policies, adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles and abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC). Have good ideological and political quality and professional ethics, be loyal to the people's education, strictly abide by the Implementation Opinions of Guizhou Provincial Department of Education on Further Strengthening and Improving the Construction of Teachers' Morality (Qian Teacher Fa [2005]146), be a model, teach and educate people, actively promote quality education, work hard, unite and cooperate, and have a correct style of study and teaching. Article 6 To apply for the post qualification of a senior middle school teacher, in addition to obtaining the corresponding teacher qualification to teach courses, one should also meet one of the following qualifications and qualifications: 1, obtain a doctorate and have more than 2 years of teaching experience in this major. 2, graduated from a master's degree, obtained the qualification of a middle school teacher, and served as a middle school teacher for more than 3 years. 3. Graduated from a double bachelor's degree, obtained the qualification of a middle school teacher and served as a middle school teacher for more than 4 years. 4. Graduated from university, qualified as a middle school teacher, and served as a middle school teacher for more than 5 years. 5, graduated from college (except for high school education and teaching positions), obtained the qualification of middle school teachers, and served as middle school teachers for more than 6 years. Four. Evaluation conditions Article 7 Middle school teachers and senior middle school teachers should implement the national education policy, care about students and actively promote quality education; Have a systematic and solid basic theory, professional cultural knowledge and professional skills in the subjects taught, and have the ability of lifelong learning and research; Establish modern educational ideas, have innovative consciousness and pioneering spirit, actively carry out teaching reform, seriously study the laws of education and teaching, have rich experience in education and teaching, adopt proper methods and achieve remarkable teaching results; Actively cultivate and guide young teachers; Actively organize and participate in students' extracurricular education and teaching activities, and make remarkable achievements in developing students' intelligence and ability and guiding students' creation; Teaching and educating people, discipline guidance, and promoting students' all-round development; Actively undertake the tasks stipulated by the school. According to the "Teaching Quality Evaluation Index System" (see Annex), to declare the qualification of middle school teachers, the teaching evaluation score should reach more than 80 points, and to declare the qualification of senior middle school teachers, the teaching evaluation score should reach more than 90 points; Students' consolidation rate, achievement passing rate, excellent rate and improvement rate are among the best in similar schools or classmates (with supporting materials). Article 8 To apply for the qualification of a first-class teacher or a senior teacher in a middle school, the performance provided shall be the performance obtained since taking office, and the average annual classroom teaching shall reach the class hour quota stipulated by the state; For teachers who hold special courses or have the leadership work at or above the middle level of the school, the classroom teaching hours can be determined according to the relevant documents, and reported to the municipal and county education administrative departments for examination and approval; The average annual classroom teaching hours will return to the specified service life from the deadline of this evaluation; Enjoy maternity leave stipulated by the state, go out for study or further study, and reduce the number of classes accordingly. Teachers with middle-level or above school leadership positions should be assessed by the competent department in addition to their professional level and teaching ability in accordance with the regulations, and obtain the corresponding qualification training certificate for middle school principals; Middle-level school leaders' teachers, the school should assess their management performance. Qualification examination conditions for Kujou Hajime-level middle school teachers: Since assuming the present position, in addition to meeting Articles 7 and 8 of these examination conditions, two of the following conditions must be met: 1, middle school teachers in their provinces, cities (prefectures) and prefectures participated in the quality class competition organized by the education administrative department and won the third prize at or above the prefecture level; Or won the third prize of outstanding achievements in provincial education, scientific research and teaching reform experiments; Or above the second prize of excellent teaching achievements at the prefecture level. Actively organize competition counseling (lesson plans and lesson plans). County middle school teaching and research staff applied for the qualification of senior middle school teachers, published 3 papers in journals above the provincial level, or won the second prize of provincial paper selection. As a teaching researcher for teaching reform experiments or educational research tasks, he will attend no less than 20 classes each academic year, carry out research activities at the grassroots level no less than 5 times a year (with research outlines and research reports), and write 1 multiple periodic research reports; Undertake or complete two or more projects at or above the prefecture level. Article 12 Teachers engaged in education and teaching in audio-visual education (educational technology) institutions and teachers engaged in distance education, computer maintenance and teaching in schools shall, according to the characteristics of their duties and responsibilities, put forward the following supplementary requirements: according to the teaching plan, the normal utilization rate of equipment shall reach more than 80%, media software (courseware) shall be produced at least two times, and educational and teaching resources shall be applied at least four times each academic year. The number of class hours should be 30 for the information technology class, audio-visual class, observation class or remedial class (with counseling plan and summary) that apply for the qualification of senior middle school teachers, and not less than 20 for the qualification of first-level middle school teachers (other teachers use audio-visual resources: carrying out various educational and teaching activities is regarded as the teaching work of audio-visual management teachers). Audio-visual teaching materials, media education teaching software (courseware), excellent courses and guidance records are regarded as scientific research papers. V. Exceptional conditions Article 13 For on-the-job teachers who do not have the required qualifications, but do have genuine talent and practical learning, outstanding achievements and outstanding contributions, the focus is on teachers who are at the front line of teaching.
