Jin Zhenmin's Personal Achievements
1. The establishment of rheological constitutive equation of ultrahigh-pressure eclogite in upper mantle melting dynamics, the ultrastructure of mantle rocks in eastern China, and the high-temperature and high-pressure experiments of olivine mineral rheology have achieved recognized results at home and abroad. Among them, the research results of dynamic partial melting of peridotite in the upper mantle were published in Nature (1994), and the cover of this magazine was obtained, which was cited by others for 60 times in 22 international SCI magazines such as Science and Nature, making China occupy a place in this field internationally.

2. In view of the important scientific problems about the formation mechanism of the thick crust on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, China has carried out experimental research on deep melting of the crust at high temperature and high pressure, and clarified the genesis of high Himalayan mica granite and granulite in the lower crust.

3. Carry out experimental research on mantle mineralization. The viewpoint that the upper mantle formed by peridotite chromite in Lop Nur, Tibet and the Eastern Alps was partially melted was confirmed from the perspective of high temperature and high pressure experiments.

4. Sulu-Dabie Mountain UHP rock research and Chinese mainland scientific drilling work. Cooperate with Professor H.Kern of Kiel University in Germany to study the deep structure and petrophysical properties in Sulu-Dabie area. As an expert member of the advisory group of the International Continental Scientific Exploration Program (ICDP), he directly participated in the international demonstration of China's major scientific project-China Continental Scientific Drilling Project. Together with Xu Zhiqin, the chief scientist of the project, and other collective leaders, through years of joint efforts, we have made our own contribution to winning the recognition of the expert group of the International Continental Scientific Drilling Committee and successfully implementing it in China.
