For commercial freight, a formal item is required, and the application for duty-free status is based on the summary of the items shown in the GSP, the country of origin is the designated beneficiary developing country, and the appropriate GSP qualification subtitle shown in "A". British goods will enjoy duty-free treatment and meet the following conditions:

1, in the absence of emergency transshipment in the United States, goods must be designated for export from beneficiary developing countries.

2. The format of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) certificate of origin must be properly prepared, signed for export, or submitted for import before liquidation or other final actions required by the customs.

Third, imported goods must directly enter the beneficiary countries of the United States. In addition, the beneficiaries of the cost or value of material production and/or direct loading and unloading costs in developing countries must evaluate the value of goods representing at least 35%.
