A major feature of the new curriculum standard is to change the previous listening and speaking training into oral communication, which is also a new requirement of modern society for students' Chinese ability: "Have the basic ability of daily oral communication, learn to listen, express and communicate in various communication activities, and initially learn to conduct interpersonal and social communication in a civilized way, and develop a spirit of cooperation." According to this requirement, I have the following experiences on the practice and exploration of oral communication teaching in senior one:

1 Conduct oral communication training based on the classroom.

1. 1 Study textbooks and teach oral communication well.

There are six oral communication classes in the textbook of the first volume. When teaching these classes, we should show the difference from the previous listening and speaking training. Oral communication is the development of listening and speaking, and oral communication ability also includes flexibility and wit in communication. This book focuses on language practice in oral communication, emphasizing listening and speaking training based on practical activities, such as "I can do puzzles", "Our painting" and "fun games". The teacher should organize the class well, so that every student can move and participate. On this basis, they will have the basis and desire to speak. At the same time, the improvement of practical ability and thinking ability indirectly promotes the improvement of oral communication ability. Some textbooks are not communicative enough, and it is easy to have simple listening and speaking classes. Teachers should create some communication points and increase the interaction between students. For example, "Our Painting" allows students to play small reporters, interview small painters, introduce their works and bring students into specific situations by holding art exhibitions. Let students serve as judges, not only to express their own views, but also to listen to others' views, discuss with each other and reach an agreement. 1.3 Attach importance to classroom evaluation and promote communication and interaction.

The new class should be equal and democratic, so the communication between teachers and students and between students is very important, and evaluation is a good way of interaction, and evaluation is also the embodiment of oral communication ability. Listen and say.

Children in grade one are often the most dedicated and devoted in activities. After the activity, I was still very excited. The weekly red scarf broadcast is also a good training opportunity. There are not many families who often listen to the radio in their lives. 2.3 Running errands for teachers

For example, if the senior students on duty are found to have made mistakes in deducting points, let the students negotiate for themselves; When you need to borrow supplies from other classes, you need to hand over relevant materials to other teachers. If you have anything unclear, you can let the students go. While practicing oral communication, children also have confidence.

2.4 Use in an emergency

On campus, unexpected things often happen. At this time, students are often full of care and curiosity, and have the desire to talk. For example, some children are sick and vomiting in the classroom, some students feel sick and avoid it, and some students take the initiative to clean up. At this time, please express your opinions and evaluate your behavior. There are many such emergencies in the school, and these are all points that can be trained.

2.5 Extracurricular development

First of all, create opportunities for children to communicate with their parents at home. Students can often be arranged to go home to lecture their parents about the stories in the text, tell their parents about what happened at school and discuss them with their parents. On holidays, go home and express your blessings to your parents. Secondly, we can arrange some simple social practice activities. Go to the store to buy salt for mom; In the new year, a small survey was conducted among students to see how many lucky money students received and how they used it. The development of various activities really makes students have something to say, which is the premise of oral communication. However, after all, it is a junior, some students don't know how to express it, some students can speak it very well, but the language is not standardized enough. Therefore, teachers' demonstration guidance and feedback evaluation of activities are particularly important. 4 Improve self-cultivation and cultivate good manners.

Oral communication is a two-way interaction, therefore, the training of speaking skills is one aspect, and politeness and manners in communication are also very important. Need the guidance of the teacher.
