To promote the comprehensive and strict administration of the party, we must grasp the fundamentals of serious inner-party political life and effectively enhance the political, contemporary, principled and combative nature of inner-party political life. Party organizations at all levels and all party member should always grasp the correct political direction, adhere to political positions and principles, abide by political discipline and rules, adhere to the correct path, promote healthy trends, and resolutely fight against all violations of party discipline. We must always keep in mind the "five musts" and "nine prohibitions", resolutely oppose the "seven musts", be awed by the party's discipline and strictly abide by it, and resolutely stop and deal with words and deeds that violate political discipline. The laws and regulations deliberated and adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, based on party constitution, follow the historical experience of the Party in managing the Party and strictly administering the Party, face up to the outstanding contradictions and problems existing in the current political life within the Party, put forward clear requirements and make specific provisions around serious political life within the Party and strengthen inner-party supervision, which are the institutional crystallization of the new practice of managing the Party and the major deployment to promote the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party under the new situation. Party organizations at all levels should profoundly understand the importance and urgency of promoting the comprehensive and strict management of the party from the height of coordinating the overall layout of the "five in one" and coordinating the promotion of the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, and effectively unify their thoughts and actions with the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee.
