Why are the cited documents marked in red?
Paper duplicate checking system will not check the contents, references and personal statements of papers, so most schools will definitely not check the references, so they will not check them. Because the contrast database of detection system usually contains a document related to references, there will be some overlapping parts in both the title and content of the article, and the references are slightly different, so it always appears at the end of the paper or before thanking. For the content that does not belong to the scope of duplicate checking, we use the grey model to mark the data developed by the duplicate checking system, so why do we sometimes mark the reference part of the paper in red in the duplicate checking report?

1, the graduation thesis format is not typeset as required.

Generally, the word "reference" is a single line, and only the displayed reference can't be mixed with other contents, otherwise the duplicate checking system can't accurately detect the reference when identifying, and we must also analyze and modify the format information of the paper according to the template of our school.

2. Some duplicate checking systems can't identify references.

Most duplicate checking systems can distinguish different citations, and a small part can't distinguish them. If the school does not require duplicate references, then we can delete some references when we duplicate them. If duplicate checking is needed, the contents of the references must be thoroughly checked to see if they meet the requirements of the duplicate checking system, and then revised according to the requirements.
